  1. He looks a better defender than Wilson or Cardoso, although it's early days. I'd start with him and Alvez.
  2. Things seem to have gone quiet about us looking for a new manager. I'm happy with that - I'd rather the club takes extra time to appoint the right man.
  3. I didn't realise the '92 final was the last one with the open terraces. I was in the Main Stand that day and remember it being remarkably cold for the time of year.
  4. I'd say there are several contributory factors as to why many Bears wouldn't accept Lennnon as manager. I'll accept an ex-Celtc player coming to play for us (although I'd prefer not to) but not as manager. If you're following in Struth, Waddell, Wallace and Smith's footsteps, you have to have a certain pedigree.
  5. No wonder Rangers are a shadow of our old selves when there are Bears prepared to turn a blind eye to that hideous cretin gobbing on our colours.
  6. You don't care about him spitting on a Rangers scarf, getting in scraps up Ashton Lane or looking like a deformed potato in his odd-fitting tracksuit? Hmmm.
  7. We are in a similar place we were in when we recruited PC. We really can't afford another dud. I think Wright and McInnes would both improve us but perhaps not to the extent required. I don't have a preferred choice but just hope the board get the right man this time.
  8. A good read. Sounds promising.
  9. I'd prefer to get a new manager in place in the next few weeks. It'll his job, along with the DoF, to see what areas need improvement.
  10. I really wish they had carried out a much better renovation of Hampden. I'm not sure what was possible though due to the residential surroundings. But, as it is, Hampden is crap.
  11. The scarves are tremendous. Got one last year and love it.
  12. I expected to lose yesterday. It was a great day out.

Makes some interesting but rather agenda driven documentaries. I'm not sure the No Surrender phrase is exclusively ours.
  14. The use of commas there is very bizarre. 'Hun' is a daft word which is rather meaningless. Call me what you want. I don't want a united Ireland, I support Rangers and I despise Scottish nationalists...call me whatever names you want. Sticks and stones...
  15. We, as a club, are at a quandry. No easy way out. We need to stick together and hope for the best, as we do need a bit of luck. Another duff manager and we hand the scum 10 in a row but we have the chance to stop them...good decisions, hard work and a togetherness can see us back where we belong.
  16. Completely agree, theboyharley.
  17. Rule Britannia is always the song I join in with with most vigour. Keeps these SNP types in their place.
  18. It's all about money these days.
  19. I can't quite explain it but I think McInnes would be very average. This Belgian guy excites me though (in a football way).
  20. Let's face it, if you are pro-British, you're a xenophobic, bigoted git. If you support anti-British terrorist organisations, you're some kind of diversity, inclusive freedom fighter. We can't say anything but they can say what they want about us. The SNP and their demented voters love all this. I know what I'd do with them...
  21. Holt and McCrorie were our two best players.
  22. We are not Huns. They are Fenians. Only cowards take offence at words.
  23. Appalling. I needed assistance to get out of the ground. Football stadiums should be Safe Spaces.
  24. "When people call me or my club bigoted, I tend to take umbrage when it's utter, utter p!sh. Feel free to ignore them - Ill stand up for us both.". Well said, Frankie.
  25. Der Berliner, musicians without a conductor improvise. Like jazz, which requires intelligence. Not many footballers have much intelligence. Rangers fans are particularly negative just now because our, usually successful, team have been crap for 6 years. I work with Bears, I am related to Bears - most of us are down in the dumps. Most of us agree Pedro had to go. You seem to continually bang a positive, contented drum but that is not the reality in Scotland. We need yo improve, fast.
