If you had no idea about Scottish football and then watched Chris Sutton and Neil McCann on TV doing punditry and then looked into who they had played for, who would you suspect are a classier bunch? Unfortunately, sometimes arrogant, obnoxious, snidey gits get their way and people with class take a back seat. We can see that all over the Scottish sports media.

There's also a job safety element at play, which may disappoint us as supporters but it is also understandable. Do you throw away a steady good income in the name of honesty? Most people wouldn't. The Tims have infested every area of Scottish society and we have to educate ourselves and our sons in order to take them on in the future because they won't stop until we are an insignificance.

I don't read Tim blogs. Never will. But you hear a lot about them on various Rangers sites.

Potter has done an incredible job in Sweden but who knows how he'd do at a club of our stature. Expectation levels are on a different planet.
