der Berliner is obviously a decent Bear but making excuses for every poor performance is not the Rangers way. There are no excuses for losing 2-0 at Hamilton. None.

Pena is a player. But we don't see him in training. Would you play someone who can't be arsed? What would that say to the rest of the squad? And I'm only assuming what's going on...

If a player isn't working hard enough sometimes it's not the manager's fault. You see it in any job, not just football - some people are just lazy.

We have a fairly mediocre squad. A good attacking midfielder and a left winger could change that though.

I'm 38 and also feel sorry for any Bears under 20. They deserve credit for sticking by the team. Mind you, it's only (just under) a decade since we played in the UEFA Cup Final.
