I don't particularly like the name and am perplexed when I hear a Rangers fan refer to himself or us as 'huns' but I don't really care about opposition fans using it. I have far more offensive words for some of them.

Under Advocaat we played the best football I've seen from a Rangers team and we were decent enough in Europe. We lost to very good sides and also had some very credible victories. But he did spend a fortune and MON had the measure of him.

I'd go for Tommy Wright or Preud'homme (sp?). Either way, we need someone in.

The board have said Murty will be the manager until January, so that won't happen. You'd expect the humping at Tynecastle to be a serious boot up the *rse for Celtc....which might not bode well for us. I honestly think a good manager could see us run them close this season and we could be in with a shout for 55 in 2018/19.

I don't think we can afford to play Pena and Niko is the same side. They are both passengers for long spells. Niko is finished but I still have hope for Pena and he can create/make space, which is exactly what's needed against defensive formations.

Clark seems to have Killie playing better. I suspect it will be a tough match - hopefully Murty learns from Saturday and Morelos and Windass revert back to more effective positions (up front and No.10 respectively).

My wee boy keeps going on about Barcelona and it drives me nuts. They seem nore like Nike or McDonals than a football club. I've taken him to 4 Rangers matches but he doesn't seem very interested and his mate at school goes to every Celtc home match, which isn't helping. His mum says it's okay if he supports them but I've told her he won't be getting any Xmas or birthday presents off me if he's a Tim (I'm serious). City are something else this season. I always hugely rated De Bruyne by he's gone to a whole other level this season - he'd walk into any team in the world. I remember watching City in the 2nd division in the early 80s...changed days.

I don't really have any issues with people wanting a safe pair of hands given where we are at the moment. It's totally understandable.
