  1. Adherents to the Vatican find the term 'common wealth' a bit oxymoronic.
  2. Celtic and the SFA will announce plans to build a new joint stadium on the East outskirts of Glasgow within five years. It'll have green and yellow seats. You heard it here first...
  3. I'm quite happy that the embarrassingly named 'Tartan Army' won't be setting foot in Ibrox. Murrayfield is a good stadium but not sure it's right for football.
  4. Why didn't the Chinese side come in at the start of the window? Any club would surely be happier selling early on, allowing suitable time to find a replacement. I really can't see us turning £6m down though.
  5. Desperate clickbait from the ET. The colour of the shirts is totally inconsequential when you read the story.
  6. The club would take £6m for any player.
  7. You'd think they'd mention a fee, if we got one. Seems odd.
  8. Tims can sing what they want, as far as I'm concerned. Take the wind-ups/tribalism/banter/rivalry out of football and it gets more stale. You can see that already in the EPL - no atmosphere 95% of the time. Only people online seem bothered by football songs - I've never once encountered someone complaining about songs on a supporter's bus (other than the driver), in the pub before a match or at a match itself.
  9. It represents a very peculiar and unique brand of Scots and Ulster residents, who fantasise about terrorism, need constant love and attention and align themselves with any political movement around the world that looks trendy upon any given day. In short, thick cretins.
  10. You do realise Police stand filming Rangers fans at every away match. Never mind real crime, let's arrest people for singing a nasty song at the football. Stats look better.
  11. 3-5-2 would work best, with Morelos, Windass or Cummings sitting behind the main striker and at the head of the diamond. Martin Bates Alves Tav John McCrorie Dorrans/Goss Jack/Murphy Cummings Morelos
  12. Aiden is left footed? No way!?
  13. Fenians want to break up my country. I couldn't care less what religion they are, they are my enemy. Rangers fans at away games are great. Sing it loud and proud. The FTP stuff isn't exactly classy but that religion is repulsive, so I'm not going to take issue with that either. Tims are desperate for us to become spineless, so let's not do it.
  14. I wish the fans would stick to older songs and ditch the Ultra efforts. Watched the cup tie in Cardiff after our game and half the songs sounded the same. We have the greatest songbook going...no need to nick generic songs from anywhere else.
  15. "John Cummings"? Yet more spectacular journalism. The fans were just enjoying themselves, no harm done. If thousands of Hibs fans are allowed to run on the pitch and goad us, I don't think a handful of Bears celebrating with our own players deserves much attention.
  16. Just watching Sportscene...the commentator said the Bates handball was a definite penalty. What a plonker!
  17. Bringing on Cummings and Dochery is cerainly a stup up from what we're used to. Halliday...perhaps not.
  18. David Ngog, who just came on for County - did he not used to play for Liverpool and Newcastle? Windass needs to be more decisive.
  19. I'm assuming Dochery will come in for Goss at some point. I'm looking forward to seeing the new lads (haven't seen any of the sheep match).
  20. He hasn't been picked for Scotland in years. Rangers are unlikely to be playing in the CL proper for 3 or 4 years, at least. I doubt the MLS is any worse than the SPL.
  21. Neil Lennon? Gee whizz. Just now I'm disinterested in the national side but if that deformed potato was manager, I'd actively support the opposition.
  22. Always nice to hear/read. They seemed gutted we got another draw at the Piggery....imagine the nick of them when we beat them.
  23. Don't say that, the Daily Record will stick a £20m price on him.
