We seem to be getting worse. Our 2024 away record is a joke. Clement has admitted he has no plans to alter his tactics. We are regularly muscled off the ball by the opposition. I fail to see any light at the end of the Clement tunnel. And no, McInnes is not the answer.

That's my thinking on it. There's little point sacking Clement until we have the right people above the manager. As things stand, we may as well continue with him, as unpalatable as that may be (I think the majority of players and supporters have had enough of him).

I'm not sure what Gilligan could say about tempering expectations that wouldn't have a negative impact, particularly in relation to ticket and merchandise sales. It's not the club's fault that some people still think we're in the 1990s.

Probably, aye but it's time for folk to step into reality and not put their faith in things Struth, Greig, Smith or Marvin Andrews said. I don't think we'll sack Clement if we lose today but I'm starting to think he's not suitable for the job. And as long as we're starting matches with Dessers, Lawrence and Tavernier, we won't be winning anything. These players simply aren't good enough to play for Rangers.

There's always hope but statements made over half a century ago won't change anything.

I doubt Struth would be considering administration, Mike Ashley, Champions League money, Scotland turning into a republican cesspit, our captain being terrified of matches at the Piggery or wasting millions on players like Dessers and Lammers when he made that statement. Football is a different game these days. Of course, things can change fast but we're way off them, in terms of finances and squad at the moment. Have you seen our record against them since Gerrard f*cked off?

One of the things I liked about Advocaat was the way he was okay about changing tactics or personnel within minutes of a match starting. That's the way it shoud be. Don't persist with something that isn't working, especially if it hasn't worked for months.

Aye, it certainly looks that way. It's hard to understand why Clement and a lot of other modern managers are so unable or unwilling to adapt. Surely a winning side and keeping your job make it worth admitting you were wrong!?

The main issue with Igamane seems to be his positioning. Surely any half decent coach can sort that out pretty quickly? Our main problems are creating and taking chances, so Clement will have to tweak the tactics or personnel or we're just going to be stuck with what we've got - a team that struggles to put home games to bed and regularly drops points on the road.

I doubt they'll sack Clement if we lose on Sunday. I think we'll see changes at the top before Clement goes.
