I think there's a lot of conjecture about various aspects of squad goings on but unless you know the full story, that's all it is - conjecture. We have to put some trust in Clement.

On a more general note, it's fairly evident how messed up football is when we're scrapping around for loan deals and players in the £1-2m bracket whilst Bournemouth are spending £40m on a Brazilian Porto player.

No fitness problems with Barron (unlike Jack), Propper or Diomande, as far as I can tell. Goldson was on a downhill trajectory and Borna was injured quite often.

There's a difference between being injury prone and not up to full fitness. We all knew about our injury prone contingent long before the season started. Clement told us a few weeks ago Igamane was behind the rest of the squad, yet some still seem surprised by this.

It does add up. Ridvan was fully match fit (Cerny and Danilo weren't). Blaming the manager for Ridvan's injury is silly and pointless.

Folk are just putting a negative spin on everything. In a big game, you play your best left back.
