C’mon folks, a filthy republican shitbag complains about a “march” that no one would have even mentioned had he not stuck his bitter hatred into the equation ... and it’s wall to wall piety and virtue signalling. What happened to No Surrender? You might not like UB, I don’t have much time for them myself, but try to show some solidarity.
-
Looks like we’re now working with agents rather than being in conflict with them. Is that the DoF effect?
-
Parts of our support must be more nervous than I thought, turning this silly mole hill into a mountain and beating their chests in pompous indignation. Ive never had much time for the UB personally but ffs calm down. It’s embarrassing.
-
The board owners can do whatever they like, with or without legal jeopardy. I'm simply commenting on the price paid for taking such an approach. Everywhere I look there are good people cowed into irrationally submissive acts and every time they cave in the march into madness takes another step forward.

This is a joke surely. If you type the word "fëniān" you see a row of asterisks in your post. So free speech is dead even here? Shakes head.
-
Bang on the money. It's time the police got back to dealing with the act rather than the thought. Condemning and taking offence at the word "******" is a contrivance. Suggesting physical violence is the issue here.

Nothing will ever beat May 1999. That was the high water mark.

Came to me - it was Kevin Muscat I was thinking of. Never played in an OF game.
-
A bit of a digression but who was the player a few years back who was a regular in the first team but was always posted missing against Celtic?
-
Funny how the word "duped" has become synonymous with Murray and is almost never used in any other context. That and succulent perhaps.

Pity the poor buggers who live on Kingswells or Westhill. The traffic problems will be awful. Entirely the wrong location.

gersnet article (image) Green, Whyte and the Never-ending Story
Bill replied to Frankie's topic in Rangers Chat
The idea SDM didn't know everything about Whyte is preposterous. That kind of diligence is both second nature and easily acquired. It would be easy to be defamatory in describing SDM so care should always be exercised. However, surely only the terminally gullible could still think he was an innocent participant in the troubles of RFC -
Club 1872 reach halfway stage of £1million target for Rangers share issue
Bill replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
I've made various contributions to the Rangers cause over the last six years, including buying shares that will never recover their value and donating quite a large sum to the RFFF that someone decided should instead be used to build a facility at Auchenhowie. I even allowed the voting rights of those shares to be used collectively by Vanguardbears on a case by case basis. However, I made a conscious decision not to take part in the RF campaign on a regular basis because over the years I had largely lost faith in the ability of supporters' organisation to deliver on their promises - largely due to the antics of the entirely mis-named Supporters Trust. While I continue to back the notion of supporter participation and would like nothing more than to see more shares in the hands of supporters, nothing I've seen in C1872 has changed my mind. I would be delighted to buy more shares in any future share issue, so long as it was my money buying my shares at my risk and under my control. However, like many other like-minded fans, the board won't afford me that option and I refuse to be railroaded into using my cash to buy shares that someone else will own and have decision-making rights over. It's a bit rich to see aspersions cast on non-participants after the conduct displayed by supporters' organisations over the years. It's not apathy, some of us just have long memories. If C1872 is for you then good luck with it but please leave it at that. -
Never could get excited about foreign club football. Doesn't seem right somehow, suggests pandering to the global elite of football. You never see anyone extolling the virtues of Bari or Getafe. It's like seeing the endless stream of Scottish school kids wearing Barca or RM strips while Scottish clubs scrape in the gutter to pay the electricity bill.

So expose it on Twitter or Facebook. That way you'll expose it to a public of countless thousands, instead of a few dozen on Gersnet who already know all about the Record's threadbare knickers and would rather look elsewhere.
-
I know it would affect the ticket allocation at Parkhead but it's time to give Celtic the same allocation as everyone else. If the NW corner is safe for other clubs then it's safe and practical for Celtic fans.
-
I'll say it again. The responsibility for dealing with the likes of the DR lies with the Rangers board of directors. Pushing the Record's spoutings on fans' forums achieves nothing other than the principle aims of the newspaper in question.
-
If we don't know that enemy well enough by now then we're unlikely to benefit from further reinforcement
-
What you’re describing is the responsibility of the Rangers directors, not a fans’ forum. I don’t want to read the DR, here or elsewhere.
-
Couldn't a similar ban be implemented on Gersnet with no DR links allowed to be posted?
-
I've never been really confident about any game against Celtic. There's too much at stake. What I would say is that for the first time in years I'm no longer dreading the outcome. There's every chance this is where we turn the corner.
-
Murty has the job until the end of the season. There's no advantage making any longer term decision without taking the time available to assess his suitability.
-
Delighted to see this. Just wish we would follow suit

Frankly, if there is a scintilla of doubt over his readiness then it would be poor management to risk him against Falkirk.
