Does anyone have a list of our current first team squad they could paste in here or in a new thread? I think we're down to the bare bones as it is and was wanting to see how we're looking in terms of having 2 players for each position.

 

Just interested in having a look at how many players we might be looking to sign in the summer as I think it could be quite a few if a few suspects leave. In turn that could explain why WS is boosting the squad with Bosman players as a first move.

man, i hate to let my self imagine thats possible for too long because i think i would be come convinced of its truth.

the video which i linked, which frankie in his infinite 'superiority' removed (GIRUY!!!), makes him look a genuinly exciting player.

something up front we havent had in years - someone who kicks the ball hard.

If it is one man then he sucks at his job.... there's plenty other things he could write up for a bit of controversy. :fish:

aye, well said rino. i think thats about it, although gersb is right that sometimes scottish players are quick to get dubbed 'not rangers class' because they are not multi-million quid internationals.

i hate bain. everything he says strikes me as condescending or stupid.

There's a phrase that some of our brethren use that really pisses me off....."Rangers class"....I too have heard guys saying things like "they're 'no Rangers class"...FFS who is nowadays, gone are the several million pound signings and big buys so we do need to try and let guys settle in and mature beside the bigger guys in our squad.

i think 'rangers class' is a mixed blessing. its at the same time both a demand for nothing but the best that is essential to a big club, and a horrible sub culture of demanding multi-million pound foreign players.

if they do it on the park and play for the jersey they are rangers class.

i like gavin rae. its a genuine pitty he got that injury.

the winner's mentality is an absolute pre-requisite for a succesful side. good to see ally knows the importance of it. good to see kb running to him too, shows there is camaradere in the squad.

there's no a despairing smiley.

well, now that you mention it i'm not sure. i've got my paper all written up but i'm not convinced it will get me a great mark. to be honest i'm not convinced in my lecturer's competence to mark - its english literature and she thought bold and brazen were synonyms.

to be fair, she's published more than me, and probably earned a lot more from it. and has a phd. so she's probably right and i'm probably just vain or stupid.

anyway, there you go. you really shouldnt have asked.

its a horrible shame i think. we have a large number of very loyal fans over there and its a fitting reward to have a game on their patch.

sad days, but probably necessary.

... but am just about to watch it on rangers TV. can hardly wait!
