now, like most sensible bears, i believe this largely to be a media concotion. sifting through it for the facts isn't the easiest of tasks, and with the media its very often the case that there is somehow smoke without fire.

i think this is what we do know though:

1. plg made a comment about captains playing a lesser role on the continent

2. barry wasnt happy with that comment

3. (apparently) the foreign players didnt travel to the christmas night out

mate, if its happening just for you there's not much i can do sorry. "page not displayed" errors are usually a problem with dns (the thing that resolves the name gersnet.info to the number the underlies it that computers use), or a problem with your own internet connection. given that its not happening to anyone else i'd say its probably the latter, but i'll keep an eye out.

Do you not agree he's a better-suited SPL centre half than any of the 4 I mentioned? He'd also be free and not have huge wage demands and for once, we'd know exactly what we'd be getting rather than gambling on foreign players. He's not long term, but we need to stabilize our defence asap.
