Oh for sure, the problems remain but we at least look more deadly going forward. At times we are slack and giving away the ball way too easily. I guess the defence need to get some games in too.

Matondo is one of these players that it just never seems to happen for, even when given all the opportunities.

I don’t think we are anywhere near that. The last two games have been brilliant results but have also shown the huge problems with the squad. We need a turnover of playing staff, it seems clear to me.

Davies is a much better CB than Sands

He said that he didn't want to risk both Goldson and Davies so soon after returning when we also have a match on Friday. I think the aim will be to play both on Friday.

I think it's clear that a major turnover of players is needed now, don't think Beale will work wonders with this team. We are going to have to stick with Beale and back him with new players.
