By the sounds of it he's pretty much a stereotypical hold up/target man striker

Notice this line in the article... Sounds like a smart idea and very cost efficient...

That whole article just sounds like... "I want credit, I want credit, I want credit, "

I would be surprised if you don't see one or both of Pena and Herrera making a start. I get that they have only just joined and haven't played a game with the team but they will have a full week of training with the squad under their belt and seeing as we have only scored one goal in the last two games, that being an own goal too, I would think they would come into contention, especially as they are both supposedly goal scoring threats.... I think you are right about the youngsters though, its a shame but, for their development, its probably best if they do go out on loan, as long as its to a suitable team etc and they get good game time...

Couldn't really have asked for a much better start than that! Our first two games against what will probably be top half teams (Hearts and Hibs) are at home too No complaints from me Always nice for the first game of the season to be on your birthday -
Just copied and pasted this from the 'Offical Regulations for Europa League'...

Basically, make sure you buy all your stuff from the megastore or the webstore, not from SD shops/web (Not that many people would anyway) -

Will most likely push for the home/away ties to be swapped round so they can try and kill the game at home in the first leg -
The Pre-Summer-2017 transfer rumours and hearsay all inclusive Thread
lenny3k replied to der Berliner's topic in Rangers Chat
I'm sure a few here could potentially guess which forum Welcome to the best one -
I personally picked this forum as I only wanted to join one and after looking at a thread on FF where one user posted a fair question and it wasn't until the 3rd or 4th page somebody actually answered him I decided FF wasn't for me (the rest was waffle and people taking the piss because of his username and email address). I basically joined a forum as I live outside of Scotland and have done pretty much the whole of my life and obviously that means I miss the vast majority of information/rumours etc... It also means there are only 1 or 2 people in my local area who support and are knowledgeable about Rangers to have debates with. This forum allows me to keep in the loop and in the few months I have been a member, I have to say I have no complaints at all. The vast majority or posters seem friendly and banter is taken as just that in the vast majority of situations. Also, being that i'm in my late 20's, I find out from other posters things that happened before my lifetime I wouldn't otherwise know. I'm sorry if that makes you feel old, take it that i'm calling you wise Long story short, no complaints from me and I agree with Scott7...

The Pre-Summer-2017 transfer rumours and hearsay all inclusive Thread
lenny3k replied to der Berliner's topic in Rangers Chat
I remember reading a book written by an ex-pro football player where he said that a lot of football players who suffer from 'chronic' injuries are not actually injured at all and are either suffering with a personal problem (Drugs/Depression/Divorce etc) or are out of favour with the management team... It protects both the reputation of the club and the player and I wouldn't be surprised if Kiernan falls into that category (Being out of favour)... -

The Pre-Summer-2017 transfer rumours and hearsay all inclusive Thread

Its a hard question to answer, Dorrans has a very good reputation as a consistent performer at the top end of the English Championship / bottom end of the Premiership and Scott Brown has a reputation as a top performer in the Scottish Premiership so, it could come down to how you rate the leagues, but at the same time, we signed the Championship player of the season last summer and we know how that ended up.. I personally think you get more with Dorrans but I may be just a tad biased as I've wanted us to sign Dorrans for many a year... IMHO he's probably a more complete player than Brown -

The thing Dorrans has, and its probably his main quality, its also a thing that a lot of other players don't have, is consistency and that is worth its weight in gold in itself.... imo of course
