So, I just tried it, what you need to do is: 1 - Go to https://tv.rangers.co.uk/ 2 - Click 'Log In' in the top right hand corner 3 - Click the forgotten password link and enter the email address you used when setting up your initial RangersTV account. 4 - Go to the email in your inbox and click on the link in the email. (My email was initially in the junk folder) 5 - Set a new password. 6 - Log in with your email address and newly set password. 7 - Voila! Don't shoot me if it doesn't work for you, just passing on as it worked for me and may help... The above was all done on a computer, rather than a phone, but would guess it will be very similar

i had my appendix burst 7/8 years ago and I'm pretty active, playing football at a decent level 3/4 times a week and I can tell you, it took far far longer than a month for me to get even remotely near playing again.
