If he can stay fit and play every week, preferably through the middle, Naismith will do well and get goals for us. He needs the confidence of his manager to give him the run to get his consistency.

FF is what it is. I've looked in on occasion, but the attitudes don't agree with me. I hope Boyd and Thompson both do well, but I hope it's not at Boro. I cannot stand Strachan, he's an arrogant wee twat and that's nowt to do with him having managed the tims. For some reason I've never liked Boro.

I would walk past most of them on the street without a clue who they were. It's actually looking a bit like our squad at the end of mcleish's time, a very bloated squad and he may struggle to settle on a team. -

I think all Andy was trying to say is that you can't judge him on three sub appearances. Rooney didn't play well at the World Cup, but we know he's not a bad player. Welcome likewise - he may have been off form or carrying a niggle. Equally, he may be pish.

You also have the risk of getting someone to fit in with the team. I don't see the point of selling him to get someone else in. Hopefully we'll be bedding in a few new faces anyway but there's no need to get another just for the sake of it. For every Cuellar, there's a Boli.
