Sakala has improved a lot under Beale. He seems more aware now of being onside, so he must be paying attention in training, which is always a good thing. If only the coaching staff could get him to be more aware of when his team mates are in a better position to pass to rather than blast the ball. I like listening to Beale's press conferences. A refreshing change from Gio, who always seemed determined to say as little as possible. While Gerrard commanded the press conference, he got away without imparting much information. Beale seems much more open to explanation, unlike most mangers.
