I agree. I wish that those who used Lammers and Dessers as a way to get at Beale would now give support to the two of them. It helps no one to constantly criticise our own players.

I think it makes sense to choose Lammers and Dessers to show he is not prejudging them and to give them a chance to show him what they can do. It also shows he wants to "reconnect" the fans with his squad.

I'm hoping for a change in our style of play and possible change of formation. In such a small space of time, it may be subtle changes which may pass me by, but I'm sure the tactical analysts on Gersnet will put me straight.
