  1. Rooney is a shadow of himself at 31, Michael Owen was done by about 27.
  2. Sir Arnold Clark. Though a good bluenose from mossblown, who has since passed from us, used to refuse to buy cars from him, as all his prices ended in 88.... :-)
  3. A way for the fat Geordie to endear himself? Get him to buy the boy for Newcasctle, then a free transfer to us, round ye ya Rangers obsessive arseholes.
  4. Bit of a perfect storm really, what with having no games for god knows how long afterward, the boils gonna fester.
  5. Aye, I was in my mancave doing a bit of bike fettling, listening to RS, and guess which team they spent most of the build up talking about.....
  6. All in all there is a strong chance PC has lost the majority of the dressing room Surely not at this early stage? If that is the case, Then I'd happily see those players chased out of our great club, especially as it can only be from the legacy players - who didn't exactly cover themselves in glory last season.
  7. A sensible post, one which I'm in complete agreement with.
  8. I was listening to the radio when news broke last week. John Beattie introduced the sports news with the line 'Happy days for Chris McLaughlin on today's breaking news' . Que little Smeagols' voice trembling, trying to cover his delight.
  9. Absolutely, punting him now would achieve absolutely nothing.
  10. 'Sack him today and bring McInnes in' That'll be the same Mcinnes that lost to a team from Luxembourg last season, with a settled team that finished ahead of us past season?. No thanks, I'll give Pedro the time instead.
  11. I'm there to watch The Rangers, couldn't give a toss about all that other stuff.
  12. Lager through a straw, pure class.... :-)
  13. Christ, the pessimists are out already, and we're not even out of June yet......
  14. That amount of believers in one studio? wonder if they tried to summon Ian Archer back from the afterlife....
  15. 'They were even happy to stay knowing that Barrie could get more elsewhere but perhaps Rangers amateur treatment of him has changed his mind.' Sounds very similar to what a family member told me of the Billy Gilmour situation, sadly.
  16. I remember that tackle, his reaction in pointing at the ball reminded me of a certain moustached ex manager....
  17. I'm quite happy to go on record that I'd like to see us signing Mclean, tbh I'd like to have seen us signing Stevie mallan from st Mirren too, but that ship has sailed. Our history is littered with taking pretty mediocre guys from Scottish teams and turning them into players with heart, desire and no shortage of skill, and long may it continue. Obviously youth development is the priority, but we can't have all the best young uns.
  18. Agreed. Red, white and Blue are our colours.
  19. Welcome to The Rangers, Freddie.
  20. Maybe time you fella's started a Garner thread, let the rest of us talk about the new boys instead?. :-)
  21. Aye, but ye'd still be in aboot her like a tramp eating chips....
  22. he styles himself and his style of play on fellow Colombian striker Radamel Falcao. Excuse me folks, I'll be a minute, I've just spunked my trews...
