I have to say that the abuse towards most ex Rangers players these days is embarrassing!, I'm glad nobody from this site and others have anything to do with appointing managers/coaches for the club!.
Quite.
I was gutted when he left for Blackburn, more annoyed at him during the PLG debacle, and just plain disappointed in his behaviour during the Scotland fingers carry on. But I understand there were other circumstances affecting all 3 of those situations, and tbh, I can't help but like him, I like the way he speaks, he's honest about his past and what a player he was.
I'd take him back, no problem. Bomber, not so much.

Expect? Tough.
Hope? I'd love to see Caixinha have a similar effect on the likes of Rossiter, Windass and young Gilmour as Advocaat had on a young Ferguson.
We live in hope.....

The manager gets my backing until he doesn't deserve it
This.
I'm looking forward to the guy getting started, a new mindset, some tactical nous and ability to change things, and also a knowledge of markets that we can afford to shop in. I don't believe for a minute that our squad at present is as bad as people paint it, as much as I hate to compare us to the other lot, Brenda has turned a lot of their players around that were branded hopeless under Deila.

Red Bull are an interesting company, who are in reality are not a drinks company that sponsor events, but an events company that just happen to make drinks, Frinstance, witness the amount of money they threw at Baumgartners space-dive.
Would any company touch us at the moment in our current predicament? And would we accept being called Red Bull Rangers?.
Not for me.

I have great hopes for the young fella, used to play football with his Dad (Who I'm pretty sure is still playing) and remember his granddad from my days on the Ardrossan Dalry supporters bus as a lad.

Imo Wilson had an excellent match in the SC SF when he had to have his wits about him the entire time, so perhaps it is a concentration issue.
I thought both centre halves were superb against that lot.
Also, I recall Harry Redknapp saying recently that one of Barton's best qualities was the amount of corners/set pieces that he gets his head to (defensively speaking) Hopefully this will be more evident as the team settles, ie when Holt and Windass get fit...

First post on here folks, I know he's Australian but I'd really like to have seen us signing Jackson irvine from County. He's a midfielder, but with his aerial ability and height, and passing range, I reckon he'd have been a good option at centre half.
Whether they would've sold him to us, who knows. Burton albion though, he could've done better than that. Money talks I suppose.

There is no doubt connections between Rangers and the union, Though I have no idea of how and when it started though - Growing up in Ayrshire in the 80's I don't really recall Union jacks being a Rangers thing tbh?.
However, We as a club are a broad church, always have been and always will be - Quotes like above about 'typical nats' are as misguided as idiots outwith our club assuming that because I am a Rangers fan I am a tub thumping loyalist/Unionist.
There is one club in Scotland who's fans are 'encouraged' to think and act in a certain manner, and it's not us. We can think for ourselves.
