Wright, Kent and Arfield must start, the energy of these 3 will be too much for them, then Aribo introduced in the second half to roast the wee Uruguayan again.

Absolutely spot on Bill, we're very much still a work in progress, but a phenomenal season otherwise. I also think we'll cuff them next weekend. But then I always do!. ?

Bill, absolutely spot on sir. ??

It's not about the away game distances for me, and although I agree that away games at the likes of Livingston or Hamilton aren't the most enthralling, when you look that the bigger picture it's not worth it. There is nothing better than a big European night at Ibrox, especially if it's an English team, it's magical. One of the things that makes it is the fact it rarely happens, if it was every week, then in my opinion it would be shite. Ask Man City or United fans what makes them excited now? it's just become too familiar, the only thing that is exciting for lots of English fans now is the transfer window. I love christmas, but F having it every week.

Nope, not for this Bear, the EPL leaves me cold, the idea is no better than that ESL nonsense.

European Super League | All six PL teams withdraw from ESL

Aye, you're probably right, we always tend to give the powers that be too much credit. -

The cynic in me suggests that this is seems a very convenient diversion to sneak this jobbie buttie through unhindered. -

Really? Aye, anyway, they've all completely misjudged this one, massive own goal. -

Nothing the EPL clubs do surprises me any more, their thirst for money is insatiable. I'd rather watch the amateurs play down the road. -
I always believed this too, but Moyes has completely bucked that trend. Mourinho looked like he was doing the same, but has rather predictably turned into an arse again. Me too, but it also annoys the shit out of me how players down tools when a guy is under pressure.

Allan McGregor extends contract until summer 2022
Devil's advocaat replied to Frankie's topic in Rangers Chat
Aye, agree wholeheartedly. I wouldn't be surprised if he has another 2 or 3 years at the top level, he's incredibly focused and trains so intensely that he'll keep going as long as he wants. I reckon he's one of these guys that'll decide himself when it's time though. -
One thing I do believe is that international football isn't actually very good to watch any more, I can't think of a national side that has been scintillating to watch for quite a few years now, most countries seem to just rely on big players performing, there's not much in the way of cohesion, movement and tactics that we've had the fortune to see at Ibrox this season. Haaland is one player I loook out for though, the guy has everything, he must be horrendous to play against.
-
Even big Jack Charlton must cringe when he watches international rugby these days, these guys don't even need the fabled grandparent. Embarrassing.
-
I'm with John, couldn't care less who's playing for Scotland, although admittedly I loved watching Goram, Gough, McCall, Mojo and Ally form the spine of the team when I was a teenager. Those guys played with McStay, Collins et al no probs, so I've never seen why supporters would be any different. F### supporting an EPL eleven.

I'm with Bill on this, there's no way racism is worse than it's ever been, but what I do take, and agree, from Connor Goldsons comments is that it's been steadily getting worse online over the last wee while. I recall being at a game against Parma, one of our greatest European nights at a rocking Ibrox, and at a break in play some wee f'in ned a few rows on front gives the monkey stuff to the a man who was possibly one of the best defenders in world football at the time. I wanted to choke the wee bastard, Thuram should have gone away with the sound of Ibrox bursting with joy in his ears, not that shite. I think we've come a long way since even that short time ago.
-
No one has to kneel, plenty of rugbyists never took the knee and it never caused any issues, it's entirely down to personal choice. It was a powerful message at first, at least in American football, but the issue is that it just becomes something we do, and as such is potentially rather ineffective. I have no issue with our players doing it or not doing it, much like one of our players showing any political or religious message, we are a broad, welcoming kirk.
-
I don't think they'd risk Martindale, Goodwin a more likely candidate, he's done well at St Mirren.
-
Big Dick was stuck between a rock and a hard place today. Couldn't wait to bring up the scenes at Ibrox, but instead of his usual gang of miscreants, Ferguson, McCall and Dodds were his buddies, all agreeing that 'you canny really blame these fans, after the years they've had'. He even agreed, but you could hear him choking back the bile. Up ye ya c###

He's got a very good teacher in Mr Jack, a perfect example of that path. -

He definitely has some very good attributes, once he's been doctored in our team ethos, we'll see the best of him. I reckon him and Kent swapping wings, counter attacking at pace will be a huge asset for us for the next few years. Welcome to The Rangers, Scott. -

Devil's advocaat replied to Frankie's topic in Rangers Chat
Absolutely, our conditioning has been the launch platform for everything we've done this year. -
I've not seen much of Grealish, but I don't consider Kane to be someone that would scare me as a defender, aye he can finish, but he doesn't have frightening pace or the ability to bully either.
-
Aye, I'd agree re our defence, we've never really struggled for centre halves in the past as bad as we have now.
-
I see a hell of a lot of 'talent' that is possibly over hyped due to the league they ply their trade in, and very few names that would genuinely worry me, apart from Sancho, Foden and Sterling.
