I dunno, as much as YT is easy to make someone look good, I think it's easier to see if they can actually perform. I recall watching City in a CL game this season, Grealish didn't have much of a game, couldn't beat the full back, and so resorted to rolling the ball back to the area maybe 25 yards out, which resulted in DeBruyne having a few shots. This then translated to Grealish creating the most chances in the game, which he didn't really. Whilst I appreciate he held onto the ball, didn't run into a blind alley, I don't see that a dig from outside the box is a chance, even if it is KdB, but he stats will say different.

I'm open to anyone who comes from a league that had finalists in all European competitions, and who our manager can see fitting into his style, I'd prefer them to be young and sellable, but this is Scottish fitba. I pay less attention to stats. I wonder what McCoist and Hateley's stats looked like in the seasons before we signed them....

Kennedy will get it, they always take the cheap option when coming off a period of success. -
The players always look like they love playing for Scotland, and I'm always proud to see them pull on the Jersey. I'm not a huge fan of Clarke or the SFA, but the players ain't there to represent the SFA, same as our players aren't playing for Dave King, or anyone else on our board.

Agreed Compo, I think he'll do us a turn next season. -

Good post Rab. I get as excited as anyone else at some new signings, but I'm genuinely looking forward to Beales pre-season influence, and the resultant football, even more than new players. Bring it on.
