  1. Can't be arsed to have a look now, but I doubt there are many small nations out there who've won a lot in Europe. Comes down to a hell of a lot more than just a foreign approach to training and diet. Didn't say I have a problem with the European methods.Just people's blind faith in the idea that PLG was the man to bring baout these changes. Its piss easy to find reasons and facts to back up why PLG was not that man, it's a hell of a lot harder to provide any evidence or proof that he was. Yet still so many people jump aboard the PLG would've taken us palces band wagon.
  2. Absolute snooze-fest mate. Heard it all before. Was crap then is crap now. Why this blind belief in PLGs is the messiah? Just because people regulalry preach it without backing it up does not make it so. Also noone has ever answered which top manager takes a team several steps back before taking them forward? None. Just how bad would we have to be before he made us good again. PLG was bad for Rangers. End of. He did nothing to show that all his foreign genius and diet plans would've turned us from where he was taking us to some kind of European super-team like the blind faithful keep harping on about. Frankly its embarassing to keep hearing this guff.
  3. Won 4-0, Lennon 2, Shinnie, McMillan. 2 clear with 2 to play, +6 GD.
  4. Good to see someone else not trying to blame BF solely for PLG's demise Cammy. To add to your first post, that's also 3 national managers, BV, WS and AM who have picked him as Scotland captain.
  5. Never pick draws, hard to do, but Boro Villa is a good shout. West Ham also gotta be fancied. Arsenal to beat Bolton though? They should do, but Bolton always seem to bully them and pick up a point or 3. Wouldn't call that a banker, even though arsenal should be favourites just can't ignore recent form. Edit: at odds of nearly 14/1 (Bet365) that's a cracking wee bet Gribz, good luck. I'm still undecided on Arsenal. If I was forced to pick a winner I would say them, but i'm not comfortable with it. As I say, hate/never pick draws.
  6. Shamelessly robbed from FF:
  7. Sebo would be in that team miles ahead of Flo.
  8. Very well done Osasuna. However, whilst they were good (despite what our media would likely say), they were not great. So if we'd played to our potential, who knows? When will we beat one of these average teams who make the latter stages, and be there instead?
  9. For me results come first. Once you're achieving them, then you have the luxury of looking at the eprformances and are they enteratining. Put it this way, i'm much happier leaving the Ibrox with Walter getting a victory from "dull" football, than when PLG was having us playing awesome footy and dropping points left right and centre. Good post mate.
  10. Was thinking about PB recently. How the majority of fans raved he was an amazing player. I stick to my opinion that even at the start of the season AH was playing just as well as pB, and recently has pissed all over anything PB did in a light blue jersey.
  11. Papac has probably looked Weir's best partner in recent games.
  12. Said on the official site he doesn't want to go on loan.
  13. Its because the media aren't interested in solving sectarianism. If they were how come the state-funded sectarian schools never get a mention?
  14. Seems like the only player they have is Bouazza, every time they score it's either him or he's had a big hand in it. When they go back down I expect a mid/lower table EPl team to take him back up.
  15. Might be old, but best CB in the league atm.
  16. Aye, just interesting that the first time I heard our name linked with this guy was not an official news outlet.
  17. Heard this rumour about a week ago on FF before it was picked up by the papers. Don't know if that means there's actually something to it?
  18. Can't disagree with much there. But Ithink Papac's recent games mean he will stay. I wouldn't actually be too disappointed to see Hemdani go. I think Thomson could do the job just as well, or even Fergie who can also go forward at times unlike BH.
  19. Not many options. Few with pass marks, Weir, Hutton McGregor and Ugo (just). Perhpas Prso for his cameo. That's AH's worst performance in recent times, but sill a damn site better than many others. Weir only option for MoM tbh.
  20. Sounds good. Lets hope that it is acted upon instead of just talked about.
  21. Alan Hutton, Player of the month. Well deserved, keep it up. http://www.rangers.premiumtv.co.uk/page/News/NewsDetail/0,,5~1007560,00.html Suprise omission from the Scotland squad they reckon, I agree.
  22. Agreed, but don't think PLG was the right man for the job.
  23. Perhaps. But then you look at guys like Buffel. Whats the point in a player who can easily be bullied out of the game?
  24. Any tips for the weekend? Aside for Gribz who's been sting yand keeping it to himself. Just having a look myself now.
