I said we had to beat Stuttgart and I am sorry to be a doom monger, but I think Lyon have all the aces going into the game. I can see them getting a win, and TBH I can't see us getting a win. A draw is going to be our saviour as I see it. Apart from that, good stuff mate!

I fully expect Uefa cup football for us after Xmas. Sorry to say that but I can see Lyon being right up for it, and I can see us playing with 1 man up front and making the kind of school boy errors like we did against Stuttgart. I truly hope I am wrong but there you go. As for the Findlay debacle, I can honestly say that I would expect nothing less from Scotland. Probably the main reason I really couldn't live there anymore. Even worse there are Rangers supporters who sing God save the Queen, and then in the same breath go out and vote for a Labour Party in Glasgow. Eck should have waited until the WC qualifiers. He has gone for the money, and had a real chance to prove himself worthy of a higher team than Brum. They have a big following, but they are poor at best. He will now have a relegation battle every year if they stay up. And if they don't he will be oot the door. The ref is not really to blame - he may have been unsighted. Also where was the defence when they took the freekick. And why is no one saying McFadden should have won it for us 2 minutes earlier. Do not be silly mate - Barca need a point and they will want that - and more - against Lyon. Stuttgart will be a hard game, but we can and really should be looking for the 3 points. Then we can enjoy being in the next stages against Lyon at Ibrox!

Barcelona have not qualified mate. They still need a point. They will get 3 in the next one and then will play a weakened team against Stuttgart. We need to bury Stuttgart with a win and then we are through.... Stuttgart cannot qualify for Euro football now so hopefully they will have there heads down for us going there...

I would be looking to say we are not going to finish any worse than 2nd. I want 6 points from the next 2 games. Barca will get a draw from there Lyon game at least and I would fully expect to beat Stuttgart even though its away. And Lyon will be a hard game, but its a home game and we should win it. Frankly tonights game was a loss, but it was a good game for us. It also gets the Barca games out of the way, and maybe we can concentrate on the League when we come back after Scotland beat Italy to march into the Euro Champs!! Ya Dancer!
