Would agree with the guy who says The Old Cardiff Arms park and the Millenium Stadium..... is the only other were to great grounds were on the same site. Although The Arms park was a dump near in its last few years.

I agree to an extent, but without a fanbase and the stadia, training facilities etc etc a club can't be big. I mean Monaco won the CL a few years ago, and have a big stadia, but there are no fans and they are funded by the Royals there... now they are not a big club - my opinion of course... Arguments for and against and I see your point mate.

50,000 every home game... and with the way they throw money away... OK they haven't won fook all, and in those terms they are nothing, but they have the infrastructure, and fan base.

I wonder if Big Eck is kicking himself. Newcastle is a bigger team than Brum and TBH they are a safer bet to stay up every year. They are a massive club, and they have won hee haw in god knows how many years. Can anyone imagine Rangers going through that... I for one could not suffer that, but they still get a near on full house every home game. Is there a Bear on here who would suffer decades of trophylessness.

I think Rangers would be keen due to the fact that since Uefa have said that the CL and Uefa cup finals will only go to the big stadia - 70,000 + then we would be hard to ignore if we have it. If we can also keep the 5* then we would have to be in line in the next 5 years due to Uefa wanting to rotate the countries that hold it. But is it a cloak and dagger sell of by SDM? Sell out the Ibrox name to the highest bidder. I just hope that any buyer is contracted in to ensure the stability and the survival and continuation of building of the club as a football entity, no ifs no buts!

We need to win on Tuesday (think we play then). Don't know when the Tinks play but we need to focus now on staying where we are. As for away day games coming up, we need to ensure no lapses like those in the CL happen and we need to ensure that chances we create we finish. This is where we see who is hungry enough to be a Champion. And TBH i believe we are hungrier for it than the Tinks. We are also still on for a treble, and hopefully a good run in the Waffa Cup!

Sadly that is Britain for you in this day and age. Absolute fucking disgrace. A minutes silence is the only true form of respect for the dead, not a round of applause. Some will disagree, but You don't see peopele applauding at the Cenotaph every 11th of November.
