Andy, This is a board/forum that is for discussion. It is not however a place to antagonise by stating that people who differ from your point of view are less than able in the grey matter department. I think it is wholly acceptable that I and others do not agree with you. It is clear you do not and you simply pour scorn on people who do not tow your line. Alan Hutton was then again told that Rangers were willing to let him go as the money was too good to knock back (this being after he had stated he wanted to stay) -that is fact. Why stay at a club when SDM and Bain were in the shadows pushing him out the door. Hands were tied, and WS and AMc could do fook all. Alan Hutton has done himself no harm in the way he dealt with it. He spoke once, to say he wanted to stay. No one from Rangers spoke to say OK, we want you to stay and the door is closed. The only thing harming this club is the silence from the Board room and the senior figures within its walls.

I am afraid Hutton was given a clear confirmation that Rangers (SDM) wanted him to leave to cash in on him. I fully believe that if he waited until the summer, Hutton would have got the pick of any team, and also much more buck for his talents. I think Rangers have pushed him out the door and I am disgusted that Rangers accepted the approach. He is now gone, good luck to the lad. I don't think he will win much there, but there you go. All the Best Alan, you were let down by Rangers and you have left for the right reasons for you.
