"He was not wearing any football colours but cops believe the confrontation was triggered by the Old Firm game." Typical Timmy Mhedia reporting there. They must have been attacking him because he was a C****c supporter.

I hadn't heard anything about it... not even from the usual "idiots" we have. The guy is still a cunt though. And since rules are there to protect, then he should be dealt with by the authorities.

The time is now for us all to unite. We have all been niggly this year what with the lead we had, and I guess we all wanted the ship to be tightened in all manner of ways. The last 6 games for us now, timmy has 3. They must win all 3, we cannot afford 2 slip ups or its goodnight. The Uefa Cup would be great but as has been said, I would sacrifice it. I want the Title back home, the SC would be another welcome trophy and a treble. Not bad for a team that has played well over 50 games this season already. Injury and discipline are now going to be a huge factor and I hope in my heart of hearts that we get a bit of luck in the next 28 days. The effort of all in the blue jersey has been great and I hope that the hunger overides the tired and weary legs. Believe WATP

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/c/celtic/7370125.stm Sad little man. And so insignificant is he, no-one actually has been bothered about it. And he is a Pope too late, that one is dead. Polish Cunt!

Are you me in disguise.... Fcuking top post, and totally agree!

Have to agree with that .... we have been using players out of position and although they take the money at the end of the week it is allot to pile on there shoulders. Broadfoot is putting in the effort, but he is not refined as an RB. It is in no doubt WS will strengthen in the summer, but let us hope that silly sending off's and injuries do not spoil what could be a great season.

This guy contradicts himself in this article.... as bolded at the bottom. More shite from a poor mhedia... also I see that Murdo McLeod is now saying the Dhims will win the league, had a wee snigger at that! By Steve Henry The final Old Firm derby of the season has ended in a 3-2 win for Celtic, putting the destination of the Scottish Premier League title right back into the melting pot. After a bruising encounter in the sun at Celtic Park, Walter Smith's squad will be feeling the strain. Defensive stalwart and goalscorer David Weir went off injured after five minutes of the second half and, right at the death, Steven Whittaker was red-carded for his reckless swipe at Shunsuke Nakamura. Smith can ill afford to have more injuries and suspensions like that in what he acknowledges will be one of the most testing few weeks of his whole career. The run-in to the end of the season will stretch his squad's resources to the limit. Weir must be a doubt for Thursday's Uefa Cup semi-final second leg clash away to Fiorentina after coming off with a groin strain, and Whittaker's suspension won't help Rangers in their next league game, away to Hibernian. Celtic, despite also suffering an injury to captain Stephen McManus, will be hopeful that this derby success keeps the title well within their grasp once again, their chances of any other silverware this season having long since disappeared. A beautiful day in Glasgow acted as the backdrop for a pulsating game that, combined with the previous 2-1 midweek victory and a passionate crowd, went a long way to reviving this fixture's reputation as one of the most exciting to watch in the world game. Indeed, Gordon Strachan's recent comments that the retro 'Scottish flavour' has returned to the derby seem to have been borne out by their latest game, if you believe that Scottish football is all about pace, tension and blood-and-thunder match-ups of a type reminiscent of the 1970s and 1980s. With this win, Celtic have certainly boosted their chance of winning three titles in a row for the first time since the last of their nine back-to-back championships in 1974. Rangers, despite their loss, can still hope that 2007/2008 will be the finest season in the club's history, with the CIS Cup already won, a Scottish Cup final place against Queen of the South secured, the small matter of a Uefa Cup semi-final in Florence this week and those three games in hand over Celtic in the SPL. The momentum, in the league, could be with Celtic, but it's anyone's guess as to where that title will end up. Will Rangers' fixture pile-up become a case of history repeating itself, mirroring the four-trophy chase that Martin O'Neill's Celtic made in 2003, only to end up with nothing? Or will Rangers stay the course in all four competitions, to make it the one of most successful seasons in the club's history? Nothing will illustrate the fine line between success and failure for both clubs more than what happens during May.

We need a win or a score draw in the Uefa and a good solid performance a 3 points next week. Motherwell are playing for Europe so here is hoping they will not lie down - unlike the Ref and Murphy the linesman ... cnuts!

MIDDLESBROUGH will make a Ã?£7million double raid for midfielders Giles Barnes and Steven Davis. Boro manager Gareth Southgate needs to bolster his ranks with Fabio Rochemback, Julio Arca and George Boateng destined to leave this summer. He will bid Ã?£3m for Derby star Barnes, 19, and Ã?£4m for Fulham ace Davis, who is on loan at Rangers. Newcastle tried in January to land Barnes with a cheeky Ã?£1.5m offer ââ?¬â? but Rams boss Paul Jewell is resigned to losing him. Fulham want to cash in on Davis, 23, with Rangers also happy to pay Ã?£4m. Hopefully he has fallen in love with the Gers and will want to come North on a permanent deal.

But were they not afforded a week off before they played in Europe (ok it was the final, but we might be there!!) The point is, extending it by a week really means nothing. It would at least mean we don't have to play 4 games in 8 days, which is not really on. The Dhim's got the Ne'erday game cancelled, for what I can see as nothing really. OK he was a former player, but he was no big star! Now are the SPL stating that it is Ranger sfault the weather scuppered a few games? OK its not the SPL's fault, but by being so stonewall negative it can be interpretated as so, and as such extending it would ensure that all teams egt a fair crack. The weather has been to blame for a fair share of the back log. OK we had replays, but are these not provisioned for by the SPL and SFA? If not, why not?

Link isn't working mate... Just read it on BBC Sports page... A very reserved statement from Wattie but gets the point across crystal clear. Shows the class of the Man and the Club.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/scot_prem/7361606.stm What grates me is that if it were the Dhims, it would be done - no questions. And why the fook are Dundee Utd piping up about it costing the fans more. How the fook does the compute? Bunch of Miserable cnuts!
