So selling Boumsong, Hutton and allowing Cuellar to go isn't selling our best players for profit in the short term? If Hutton had not gone, we would have won the Championship.. The UEFA cup run, and other trophies well you can make your own mind up.... but we are selling our best players and bringing in dross to make up for it... I mean, Broadfoot, Webster (who maybe Motherwell bound) Weir are no where near as good as Cuellar (Weir may have been 8/10 years ago).

Midfielders are what we need, but I know nothing of this guy. It is at last a move back in the right direction, but the sale of Cuellar and the loan deal of the Spaniard has us firmly stamped as a selling club. We are certainly not the club we used to be.

But look what happens when you give fans a say in things... they start to turn on each other. It is a troubled time... but fans - all of them must be given the chance to have there say, be it through protest at the game on Saturday, or by staying away. Or indeed saying or doing nothing.

I have just started on the red wine ( Q the incoming, tin lid is on....) Had a bad 2 weeks (apart from the football...) and TBH a wee bevvy is what I need. We are indeed in troubled times. We need a Rangers man to step up to the fore and get this club back online. WE ARE THE GLASGOW RANGERS! (Sorry for those who are against the Glasgow bit..)

It is a factual and accurate piece.. I am a positive fan, and always have been. Since the late 70's I have tread the Ibrox way to follow a team that had won the treble... although not fully grasping it at the time. It saddens me to see a Chairman so mirrorderly opposite from the fanbase. It frightens me that no one will be willing to stand forward and save a club that will have fans at the door baying for blood on Saturday - this is there right, and although I do not agree with it I believe that any fan who wants to should do so, it is after all there club too. M Smith needs to start being open and honest rather than defensive and un-interested in what we have to say. I am truly worried about the club I love, and it reminds me of when we were on our 9IAR run when the Dhims were arguing amongst there own ranks.... Worrying times and TBH I think it will last longer than any of us wants.

You turn the other cheek mate... simple as... I would want SDM et al to defend the club to the hilt against the press etc, but do not want them to dive to the depths you speak of with the unwashed brigade from the east end. I certainly never want our great club to lower its standards, not even to get oneupmanship on them, let them believe there own hype.

I believe we were to wear the home strip, but since we don't actually have any in stock for the players to wear we are wearing the away strip... Well recovered by Rangers TBH... Can't wait to see them all wearing the small size strips ........ can you see Adam in that !!! Or Nacho in an XL...
