Good news for a change!
-
Does their impunity online give them a sense of impunity IRL? I have seen more and more bits of graffiti referring to it. It's horrendous.
-
Is it just me or is it becoming more and more common that there are horrendous comments made about the 66 poor souls that lost their life at Ibrox? I can't seem to remember much mentioned about this from other fans but in the last few years we have had references scrawled into the team bus, constant sick mentions of it online (in the usual Rangers articles anywhere from the Scotsman to Facebook which becomes strangely overrun with Celtic fan comments) and even loads of graffiti and stickers over the Glasgow. Am I becoming a more sensitive soul or is it just becoming "the norm" that this is an acceptable form of insult to give us?

So the latest fake news on the circulation is that as Rangers u20s have asked to withdraw from the Scottish u20 league, it is because Rangers can't afford to run the team. And of course this is lapped up by the Sevco maniacs on soshil meedya.

2-0 fgs Miller

Horrendous stuff but the sad thing is that it doesn't seem to hard to join the dots.
-
2-0 Gers, McKay.
-
Again, as I said in the Rangers - Fake News thread, there is an obvious orchestrated pro-Celtic, anti-Rangers campaign. It is of no surprise that the head of any Sports section of a paper is "celtic minded". It is unbelievable.
-
Most definitely, although you can probably get better value elsewhere.
-
Fingers crossed. The creep has happened slowly over the years but I think a lot of peoples' eyes have been opened.
-
I completely agree - I think that the PR war is definitely ramping up (see Rangers Fake News thread) and Celtic are certainly orchestrating it. They are using every negative Rangers story as a point scoring excercise and the compliant media are more than happy to sit back and ignore the extreme hypocrisy of a team which has had some of the most high profile racist incidents of recent times. There are even pictures of Griffiths holding the "show racism the red card" sign. This is the same Celtic that came out and said they were supporting Tonev after he received a 7 match ban for racially abusing an opponent. The most infuriating thing during this recent campaign is that whenever Rangers fans point out that Celtic fans are guilty (if not more) of racism, they are accused of point scoring. But what people are missing is that Celtic's whole campaign is a massive point scoring operation. Where were the anti-racist banners when they were doing the abusing? Why is pointing this out "point scoring" when all that is being highlighted is hypocrisy? I know why - because it is part of an ongoing media campaign which does not take any fact or history into account.
-
I think his game will suffer after his "first ever" racist hell. Which with a quick google, wasn't his first piece of racist abuse but it only counts if "Rangers". In all seriousness, he will be here - he has found his level and realises he will be the king of a very small and pathetic kingdom rather than go back to the bench for a championship side in England.
-
There are a remarkably large number of institutions in Scotland that a similar stat is surprisingly replicated.
-
The guy is the gift that keeps on giving. So he is insinuating that the win was due to the ref? Superb!
-
The Malky McKay racism texts were also a figment of your imagination. Come on, get with the programme!
-
That incident obviously never happened. It is highly ironic that the club with the highest amount of racist players is now the bastion of morality when it comes to racism (or anything really).
-
When was that? Doesn't matter - Celtic Boys Club has nothing to do with Celtic apparently.
-
Cover finally blown.
-
I actually can't believe the brass neck that lot have. Was it not only this season that they were firing anti-Semitic abuse around Parkhead? It seems that their powers of revisionism have increased amazingly recently. This is also during their "best season ever" in which they managed the worst result in Scottish football history. But, of course, that never happened. Any decent media outlet would be calling them out for this.
-
That isn't a rumour but fact. It is an auditable trail of money. Lots and lots of trophies.

Daily Rebel today - Scott Sinclair Reveals Celtic Team-Mates Got Him Through Ibrox Racist Abuse Hell. 1. (In no way am I condoning what is a horrific, stupid, archaic act but...) did he really go through "hell"? He never seen it at the time. The guy who did it is clearly an idiot. Hell? Really? 2. The comment here "Scott Sinclair has thanked Celtic team mates for rallying round after he suffered racist abuse FOR THE FIRST TIME IN HIS CAREER." He is also quieted as saying this: https://www.google.co.uk/amp/www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/swansea-star-scott-sinclair-hits-1827024.amp Strange that. Noted that it is also in the sun saying that the Rangers fans are the first to ever give him racist abuse. Why is he lying? Again, I'm not condoning it and the guy should be banned for life but yet again lies are told in the media to make our club and fans look like the worst of the worst.

You don't need to look hard to see that is in full steam already. It just depends on how strong their metaphorical truth barrier holds against this avalanche of shame that is plummeting down the mountain towards them. There is certainly a really concerted effort to stop it so I still wouldn't be surprised if somehow the cover up continues.
