Joe O’Rourke warns of another Heysel Stadium disaster
StuGers replied to ian1964's topic in General Football Chat
Wait a minute - so they make them change the date, then say they're not taking fans? So why change the date? -
I am waiting on someone getting back to me about comps tonight but haven't taken up the option to buy through my season ticket. I take it I can still do that if I don't hear about my comps tonight?

Wow, what a horrendous arse-kissing embarrassment.

I can't wait to buy my wee boy his first strip now. Personally, I've never been one for wearing football tops since I was about 16 but it will be great to see him in one. -

Maybe going down the court route would have aired some absolutely shite stained laundry out for all to see? -

So can someone clarify this for me without reading it all? (Yes I'm lazy). Are Rangers now getting all the merch money? And paying SD a fee for selling? -

Is the Sun aware that they are printing the comments of a man who once said (in words there or around) that "there wasn't enough Protestants killed when the Titanic sank"? And they wonder why they are disliked? -
Pretty much agree with everything before; Quality not quantity wins. I like the idea of the player stats. Also, how about a yearly thread with the player of the year vote? Maybe as a poll which could allow the posters to change their vote as the season goes on with basically a moving player of the year?

Well it doesn't matter - Brendan will enable world peace.

More Celtic fake news than Rangers, but it's churned out from a regular Rangers fake news contributor. Apparently all will be ok when Celtic play Linfield due to Brendan Rogers. Try not to laugh. DCrXqHqXUAAradu BRENDAN BACKED TO KEEP THE PEACE 0 BY CQN MAGAZINE ON 20TH JUNE 2017 LATEST NEWS BRENDAN RODGERS has been backed to help keep the peace if Celtic play Linfield in Belfast next month. ADVERTISEMENT Former Kilmarnock boss Kenny Shiels believes the Hoops gaffer is the man to ease any sectarian tensions should the Champions League qualifier go ahead. The Irish side will have to overcome San Marino minnows La Fiorita in the first round to set up the tie. That would see Rodgers lead his treble-winners back to his homeland to face the Northern Irish champions on July 11 or 12. _MG_5746-1 Fellow-Northern Irishman Shiels is convinced Rodgers has the respect of the entire nation and will bring qualities to bridge the divide. He said: “I fully expect Linfield to get through to play Celtic. free-pix Celtic v Aberdeen sw26 “But I think that Brendan is respected and admired by all sides of the community. There is that affable quality about him. “I’m sure people admire and respect what he’s achieved in the game, especially for a fella from Carnlough. “Brendan is held in high esteem by both sides. It would be good that he was there because of his background. “The location of Windsor Park is in the heart of Union territory. “If it’s an evening kick-off, and it will surely go ahead earlier on July 11, then I would say there was more jeopardy about the game in terms of potential trouble. “There will be a massive security force to police the game.” Linfield are proposing to stage the match on July 11, with an early evening kick-off, for Celtic fans of 17.30. For their own fans the match’s proposed start time is 16.90.

Totally agreed. £1m would be a push for him if he had 3 years left on his contract never mind entering th last year. -

Do you really think that Finnish football is a much lower level than Scottish? -
Fantastic!! Who makes that crap up. So say it is somehow true; who gets the information that not one team, but two are interested in a player only a single day (a non-working day as well)?

I'll openly admit I have bias but seriously? He got booked in 2 minutes for what could have been a red, he then provided nothing other than wayward passes then was highly fortunate not to be booked for a second yellow. And that was it.

Some of the ratings in the papers today have been hilarious. I seen one with Brown a 6, Gordon a 6 and Tierney an 8!
