I still think the squad is on the thin side, something that can hopefully be addressed in pre season. We are reliant on a few key players and when some are unavailable the team struggles. On Talsport today people were saying that Morelos should be sold to fund 3 quality players that would strengthen the team further, one of them being a new striker.

Yes we seem now to be a bunch of weaklings and people moaning if anyone stands up, shouts, etc etc. At lot just to prefer to sit quietly in their seats and hardly do/say anything # middle aged moan of the day

Totally agree, every time a goal is scored in the EPL there is a pause as a large percentage of goals are referred as the defending team puts pressure on the ref even if there hasn't been an incident - they hope VAR spots something!! It has reduced the spontaneity and atmosphere within the ground. I'd defer VAR until we see it working properly.

Down to ten men, we should have used the width more instead of trying to thread the ball through the middle. Seemed like we gave everything in the first half with little left thereafter.

I think this game could be the turning point. Win this and we are set for the rest of the season, lose and confidence will be dented. With that line up (minus Davis who i believe is out) we can win this and give the whole club a boost. 2-1 methinks.

According to Talksport, Allegri was in the running for the job before Emery, but his English is even worse so he was rejected. Not sure Rogers would leave at the mo, maybe at the end of the season. Personally i'd love Arsenal to give the job back to Wenger

Great performance, i feel that SG has given the club some of its old pride back and although a 5 - zip win against this Hearts team isn't in itself a sign that normal service has resumed, it's a sign of real progress - now we just need a couple of positive results against the other lot.
