He'd need to prove his fitness before the final old firm game surely. To big a game to throw someone coming back from a serious injury into.

Ally McCoist urges Craig Whyte to end uncertainty over Rangers takeover
Stefanovitch replied to pete's topic in Rangers Chat
If Ally has said any of that then I would suggest he has a conversation with Walter Smith or Martin Bain who met Whyte on Friday. I know Ally wants something official from Whyte but I don't think that can happen until the dots and crosses are done with Murray/Lloyds. -

It should mean something as he wasn't advised not to attend this time. -

I agree 100%. He's not what we need now and certainly not going forward into the McCoist tenure.

This will soon be mine, all mine - hahaha http://willievass.photoshelter.com/gallery-image/170311-Rangers-v-PSV-Eindhoven/G00002y2cX0nfyWg/I0000XiXucLtQ0ic -
The young lad Ramsey came on against Man Utd at the weekend. Whatever happened to the Barazite (sp?) lad we had on trial? Is he back at Arsenal?

On the subject of savings? How much does Walter earn? I assume his wages will be saved next season or will McCoist and his new staff all receive increases to coincide with added responsibility.

A similar call to Manchester City regarding Vladimir Weiss should also be high on Ally's 'to do' list.

Rangers 2 - 1 Kilmarnock: Player Ratings and MoM Poll

The award was given to Bartley I think at full time but I'd agree Weir probably shaded it. -
I think McCoist said he expected Naismith back on Thursday bet certainly Sunday.

He may pose questions but no-one is obliged to answer them.

Now that the mid March deadline is looming we get another story from a "respected" journalist indicating another few weeks. It's difficult to stay positive about this takeover story as there are no facts in the open and a lot of opinion. I guess the silence from Whyte suggests he's still interested but the longer it drags on the less likely and more damaging it becomes.

It's an avenue we should certainly utilise. Especially with Numan being involved with the Dutch U21's.

As terrific a servant he has been the cracks are beginning to show more often. A distinct lack of pace is being exploited more and more often by opposing teams and his distribution has never been great. I hope McCoist has the sense and courage to move on and shape his own side.
-
But he will be. If he's fit he will play.
-
Depends how fit he is. If he's not fit enough for 90 minutes then he may start on the bench i.e. a conservative approach from Walter. If we are to have anyone try and support the lone striker then Weiss is one of the very few with the pace to do so.
-
If Weiss is the only one to return from injury then likely lineup McGrgegor Foster Bougherra Weir Bartley Whittaker Weiss Davis Edu Hutton Diouf
-
I wonder (and worry) who will be fit and available come Sunday the 20th. I sincerely hope :nj:is fit and we could really do with a fit :sn:, :jn: and :vw:

I reckon we've heard as much as were going to from Rangers. McCoist will be under orders to difuse the situation, Walter will deflect any questions and Bain will fade into the background again.
-
Unless someone from our club comes out and gives a different version of events then nothing will be done to disprove Lennons claims.

It seems to be plod on the same way regardless of results in the hope that it will eventually work. Why he doesn't get questioned on this is confusing.

Has the OP surfaced yet or does he normally appear later in the day? Would be interesting to hear if he has any update.
