    Is Craig Whyte clearing the debt or moving it offshore? What's to stop Craig Whyte underwriting a share issue himself? What specifically do the takeover panel not like about Whyte's offer? Why don't Whyte and Murray pull resources and take the club forward bigger and better? Too many questions and not enough answers.

    There is very little other than speculation about Whyte's plans let alone what Ellis' involvement is.

    Ask yourself this Neil - Was Tommy Burns on the receiving end of the same treatment? Obviously Burns wasn't Irish (or was he) but he was a high profile catholic (and ginger too).

    With David Murray owning 90%+ was there really anything they could do? Perhaps with a consortium i.e. Paul Murray, Dave King and Douglas Park there would be more chance for debate and discussion.

    More than likely but if they are serious about this other investment they better get a shift on. Do you know if Paul Murray is on good terms with SDM as I believe King and SDM are not best of friends.

    If the full board were in attendance at Tannadice last night then I assume they are all meeting today or at least in the next couple of days. There's plenty to discuss and they aren't all in town often.

    Maybe Bain, McIntyre and Greig aren't in favour. I am absolutely stunned we haven't heard a peep from Alastair Johnston today.

    That's my hope. I just don't understand why 2 weeks ago AJ was happy with Whyte and his plans yet now it's the opposite. What has changed? Is it the gorilla in the room?
