Much as I thought. All trialists depart and not a contract offer between them yet McCoist still thinks he can get Brozek even if Jelavic stays. Any incomings before midnight on Tuesday depend on players leaving this much is clear. Oh! He had to mention 48 hours again!!!!

If Jelavic goes and we get Salihi and Brozek then we should be in a stronger position for the run in. I hope any deal for Brozek means even if we get him initially on loan we have a fee agreed for a permanent transfer.

Of a bigger concern is what does Gordon Smith do and doesn't he speak with McCoist? :sad: -
West Ham already have Sam Baldock, Carlton Cole, John Carew, Freddie Sears, Frank Nouble and Frederic Piquionne with Kevin Nolan also playing up front occasionally. Would they sacrifice 1 of those listed in exchange + cash for Jelavic? I reckon Carew, Nouble and Piquionne would all be allowed to leave but I'm not so sure I'd be interested in any of them. However, Sam Baldock would be a different matter.

I'm certain Jamael Cox wont get a contract with Rangers. With money to tight to mention we shouldn't be spending it on a 19 year old unless he can make an impact in the first team.

After last weeks hearing in court why does it take so long for a decision? Is it up to one judge to decide our fate or is there more than one judge at the hearing?

That's what he should do but as a selling club we can't afford to dictate terms to others it seems. As in previous transfer windows perhaps selling 1 player to sign 2 or 3 will make us stronger.

As long as McCoist gets an in depth report and watched them closely then that's all I'm concerned about. It's his decision at the end of the day with Weirs wages burning a hole in his pocket
