match thread (image) [FT] Feyenoord 2 - 2 Rangers (Morelos 53, 66)

I heard it while watching the stream. Somebody on the latest gersnet podcast mentioned they heard it too. It happened and I feel we got very lucky. If it happens again I doubt we will get so lucky. -

That's a relief. -

As someone actually mentioned on the latest gersnet podcast that may be a possibility and would be a real downer if we beat YB and progress to the last 32. Where we could pull a real glamour tie and have it played in an empty stadium. -

So that's your new solution. It will get through if I personally tell them despite the fact it doesn't penetrate the fog when the club say it repeatedly. Think I have more confidence in bans when dealing with that level of stupidity. Information seemingly goes in one ear then echoes around the empty space between that ear and the other before departing. -

If bans don't work it's because no one ever tried hard enough to make them work. There is now face scanning tech being used in arenas/stadiums which does work. There would be an initial cost to implement it at Ibrox but nothing like as much as the millions these less than dog brains could ultimately cost the club. And we already know that doing nothing doesn't work and neither does repetition of a message when you're dealing with what amounts to a brain not even comparable to a dog. Lassie is an Einstein in comparison to these grunts. -

Well personally like everyone else aside from you i'm going to consider and continue labelling them as grunting halfwits with according to you the memory span of a goldfish since they need to be repeatedly told the same thing over and over. Unable to master a new trick with just a couple of repetitions unlike a dog. Incidentally the average dog is estimated to have the mental abilities of a 2-year-old child. And unlike you I and seemingly the vast majority will support bans though since these wasters are apparently so limited in the iq department they wont retain that information very long either. The club has to do something and presumably they will when these knuckle draggers are costing them millions while striving to get into the black. -

Have you failed to notice they already have made it clear, repeatedly. I had a dog who could learn a new trick with just a couple of demonstrations. How many does it take for these 'fans'? Memory span of a goldfish? Do they need to be reminded each and every game because they can't retain the information from the previous game? And forget banners in airports? That's good PR in your reality? That's an alternate reality not actual reality. -
This guy is all over the place beneath a blanket of claiming concern about the financial health of Rangers. You have to wonder if there's another motive hiding in his apparent angst. What's the mockery mockery of suggested asking prices for Morelos about when the club to my knowledge have never quoted one. The vast majority of those prices he's mocking come from people like him, the media. He's babbling away as if we're in the midst of some sort of closing down bankruptcy sale when even the recently declared shortfall is going to be made good by directors. What's this frantic desire to sell Morelos about? I expect among the yahoos/sheep etc there actually is a frantic desire to see him gone. Is perhaps the underlying motive of this media yahoo the same as theirs? And as we all know the yahoo/sheep desire to see him gone has nothing whatsoever to do with the financial health of Rangers. Alfie is money in the bank. There is no urgent need to make a withdrawal. Hell if he could drive us to the title and the CL groups that would provide the £50 million this undercover yahoo is mocking and all while we had the one he so wants to be gone still on the books.

The difference between even last season is staggering. The past few seasons we were struggling to string together wins. Last season was better producing a comfortable second place finish at the end but there was still always that nagging feeling that a stinker was on the cards before almost every game. But this season we fully expect results like the one we just witnessed.

So Liverpool win 2-1 to move 11 points clear of City despite losing a goal after Alisson is red carded in the 76th minute.

Just been watching the 2-2 draw between Newcastle and City which was entertaining stuff. If Liverpool beat Brighton at Anfield they move 11 points clear of City. I feel it's becoming a bridge too far for City to catch up given how rarely Liverpool lose. And City are likely to drop more points along the way. They're surprisingly suspect in defence.

Something came to mind regarding the possibility of a stadium closure for YB. Since entrance to the game was part of a package deal for the three home matches i'm wondering if there might be some sort of partial refund. -
Morelos First Rangers Player To Score 4 Consecutive European Matches
JFK-1 replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
Equal top scorer in the Europa league with 5 goals in 5 games. Does anyone think there's any chance at all he could be persuaded to stay for just one more season after this one if we win the league and qualify for the CL groups. I'm thinking that if he did and maintained this kind of strike rate in the CL groups the price tag could become eye watering. £50 million could become a starting point for bidders. I can't be the only one thinking of that. There must be some at the club who have contemplated the same thing. -
