  2. Try it again. You got the number right but you missed the / in front of the right hand side of it. [*tweet]statusnumberhere[/tweet*]
  3. The post describes where to find the number of the tweet. Then you just post this. [*tweet]statusnumberhere[/tweet*] Without the * and WITH the number of the tweet in the middle of that replacing statusnumberhere

  6. I agree from what I saw of it that the referee was making some weird decisions and had a poor game but he did give them a penalty which THEY not he missed and it wasn't him who made one of the most inept goalkeeping mistakes I have ever seen. Ultimately THAT'S what put them out alongside a failure to keep a clean sheet at home.
  7. The club has already gone as far as anyone could reasonably expect regarding any "bridge building" which in itself is a weird concept to be foisted on us. What bridges did we burn? What did we do to anyone that requires us to be bridge builders? There are others who are in far greater need of building bridges and one of those are hibs whose fans created an embarrassing spectacle the whole world witnessed on live TV and which is now on permanent record all over the internet. What was the most shocking thing about the entire spectacle and who was to blame for it requiring them to be humble and take responsibility? Let's examine events before ANY Rangers fans entered the pitch that day. A: Hibs fans invade the pitch in the thousands ultimately up to an estimated 25% of their total attendance B: Hibs fans vandalise the goals, the pitch and various electronic advertising biards in the stadium C: Hibs fans launch assaults on Rangers players and backroom staff ALL of that before a single Rangers fan had stepped on to the pitch yet the fact that a minute percentage of the total did somehow means we must pretend the activities of the hibs support before they did are not the main core of the spectacle and it's we who must be bridge builders? If the indisputable realities outlined above are not acknowledged and full responsibility accepted then I will be more than disappointed if the club doesn't take this further. How difficult is it to illustrate the above is what was THE real embarrassment of that day while the activities of a tiny handful of Rangers fans are irrelevant in comparsion. If NO Rangers fans had gone on to that pitch then it was a great day with nothing for them to answer for? The only/major thing to be addressed is that a tiny percentage of Rangers fans entered the pitch area? There would still have been the illegal pitch invasion the vandalism and the assaults. It doesn't take any legal mind of Einsteinian proportions to illustrate all of that. There is NO rational way out of this for hibs. The club must demonstrate that. Hell I think I just demonstrated it in an indisputable fashion with nothing more than a few sentences. It has to be within the capabilities of the club to have relevant professionals in the legal and PR fields do the same in a far more devastating manner than I just did and I would argue even what I just did was devastating enough to destroy any possible excusability for the actions of hibs supporters on that day which will be remembered for nothing BUT their actions on that day.
  8. Aberdeen down to 10 men and I have to agree with the commentators that this ref is out of control with questionable decisions.
  9. He's good with kids. Saw him chaffing with the ball boys at East Stirling while doing stretches on the sidelines.
  10. I'm watching it online where they are currently showing highlights of the previous rounds away match with Ventspils. Aberdeen had a seemingly comfortable 4-0 aggregate victory but judging by the fact that Ventspils who finished 3rd in the Latvian league and have a ground capacity of just 3,200 gave them massive problems forcing many saves out of the Aberdeen keeper I would suggest that we would give them even more problems than that.
  11. Well if you take the OP containing the rambling if the hibs blogger as a base starting point the problem is that you can't apportion as much blame on to Rangers as you can on to hibs. Obviously they think we should take share of the blame for their pitch invasion for their vandalism for their assaults for their taunting of Rangers fans. Bizarre yes but apparently this blogger doesn't seem to grasp the absurdity.
  12. Good interview from Kenny where he manages to point out what an idiot "Broonie" is.
  13. Inevitable? Does this mean the vandalism and assaults on Rangers staff were also inevitable? Maybe so given the mentality of the tribe in question. I don't see that guys babble in the Record as a defence of their actions though he obviously intends it to be so. I see it as an admission of their mentality and he doesn't get that.
  14. I found it irritating. They're supposed to be there to talk to the manager about our preparations for our first SPL match in 4 years and the most important thing to bring up is the rambling of Broon? Lack of imagination just like Broon.
  15. I think it's fair to say that given the entire strategy involves moving the ball around as much space as possible can only help. The fact some have felt impelled to reduce their pitch when playing us highlights the fact that space is in our interests. I remember Davie Cooper once making a comment about being a winger and requiring space. He said something along the lines of playing at Ibrox he could operate perfectly well on the wing but then pointed out Douglas Park in Hamilton as an example of how less space hugely restricted him with the following reamrk. "If I were going to play as a winger at Douglas Park I would have been standing out on the M8"
  16. I don't think that babble even needs any editorial comment, it's so stupid it stands on it's own as absurdity no one needs to say a thing about and i'm glad they allowed him to expose this mentality. My own comment on it above is what should immediately occur to any rational person. Let's develop an analogy to illustrate how incredibly absurd it is. I'm a fan of some wee diddy club which wins a national trophy, a once in a lifetime event. That night i'm out in my local town centre celebrating. Let's say i'm filled with "exubrance" I leave the pub and decide to commit some "inevitable" and excusable vandalism in the town centre area. I move on from the vandalism and spot a player/official of the club my team played in the final. It's "inevitable" that I start swinging punches at him. From there I move on again and come across fans of that club. It's "inevitable" that i'm going to begin goading them with aggressive verbal and physical gestures then when I illicit a response well it's perfectly obvious that the vandalism, the assault of another teams staff and the goading of their support is not entirely to blame on me. Blame has to be apportioned for my behaviour. Right? You all get the rationale?
  17. Scott Allan has potentially ruined his career or was naively inveigled into doing so. There can be no argument that going to Rangers would have been the very best thing for him at the time. He's not a boy anymore, I think he's around 24 now and should be approaching the peak of his career instead of which his actions have brought it to a stall point.
  18. It's patently ludicrous. If no Rangers fans at all had stepped on to the pitch this would still have been a shameful incident requiring sanctions. I wont even bother dissecting the entire spiel but can instead just pull out a single small paragraph which demonstrates how vacuous the spiel is. It was inevitable that their fans would illegally enter the pitch in the thousands? Inevitable that they would vandalise the stadium? Inevitable that they would assault the Rangers players and staff? Inevitable they would incite what ultimately amounted to a tiny percentage of the Rangers support to enter the pitch and all that inevitably means blame is equally apportioned? Again, it's a ludicrous spiel and again if ZERO Rangers fans had entered the pitch they would STILL have been there in the thousands committing vandalism and assault and if that can be claimed to be inevitable then he needs to take a good look at his own idiotic babble and grasp that he is basically admitting they 100% created this disaster and INEVITABLY must take the blame for it. That's the be all and end all of it.
  19. All possible opponents. Dinamo Zagreb (CROATIA) Ludogorets Razgrad (BULGARIA) FC København (DENMARK) Hapoel Beer-Sheva (ISRAEL) Dundalk (IRELAND)
  20. Providence has granted us a home game against a likely relegation contender for this match. I suspect the players wont need to be told that an awesome display culminating in a comfortable victory is an absolute must for this occasion. As I said they probably don't need to be told this but I strongly suspect the manager will be telling them anyway. We can't have a damper put on the day which would suit certain spiteful factions perfectly. I want a minimum 2 goal lead by halftime and the crowd in party mood raising the roof.
  21. JFK-1

    New strips

That would be a scream. Hope somebody tries it. Got visions of one of their employees standing guard in the street then crying out it's the polis hide the Rangers kit.
  22. I will but I hate getting up early. I'm a nighthawk not an early bird.
  23. That's 6:30am where I am. Annoying. This match is a huge event in the history of the club for obvious reasons and I don't want to be sleeping through it.
