Prefer that to some low iq hick pulling out a gun at every opportunity. I remember reading about an incident some years ago long before I came here about a Scottish tourist drunk and lost in Florida. He was banging on somebody's door asking for them to call a taxi and the maniac shot him dead through a locked door. No charges were brought for that. As for Ferguson I remember that too and they probably made his day since he was known to enjoy a bit of action from time to time.

We can only hope for the best and I think that's the first time in a long time we won the first qualifying match. We have an ideal start to work off with the next game at Hampden against Lithuania which should be winnable all things being equal to put us on 6 points from a possible 6 then 3 days later we will be away in Slovakia and they have a population no bigger than Scotland. Even a draw there would be a decent result before heading to Wembley the following month.

That penalty for the second goal was daylight robbery. The guy never even touched him and got red carded as well as losing a penalty.

And Sands was a convicted terrorist plus the songs about him invariably have a humorous nature and are not aimed at anyone else. Where else would mockery aimed at a dead terrorist be deemed offensive? An example of jokes about the death of bin leaden from prime time American TV hosts. Exactly the same type of thing aimed at a terrorist but no screams of it being offensive.

Pretty typical Scotland isn't it. They take a lead in 9 minutes to set themselves up for this match against minnows then just 4 minutes later concede an equaliser against a team who have won 2 world cup qualifying matches in a total of 92.

No one is being chased away from anything. If we had the chance you seriously think we wouldn't have taken the out to England as an example more than a decade ago long before the current situation existed? If were the most loved team in the league we would still have take it then and now. It's about ambition.

It wouldn't matter who was running the SFA the Scottish league would still be a relatively impoverished backwater. And in case it missed your notice there are a variety of escape routes appearing on the horizon none of which you appear to want to take but would apparently rather stay in the backwater to not be running away to a greater future? No one is tucking tail in any fashion they're looking for avenues to out this club in the stage it deserves to be on which will never happen standing still just to make some sort of show of not 'running' away which is in fact walking away to greener pastures which will absolutely NEVER appear for us in the Scottish dust bowl. But since you're so convinced well convince the rest of us. I'm open minded and willing to change my mind on anything at all with evidence to suggest there is a better alternative. How are we going to be a relevant and consistent European force in Scotland?
