I don't give the proverbial flying what any of these wackos 'demand' and in addition I don't care if their rambling terrorist loving hordes never come back to Ibrox. But if they want to go down that route I would agree if they want to reciprocate by allowing an independent investigation of their paedophile cover up history. Private investigators who can interrogate anybody at all and examine every hidden file folder, cupboard and locker room they have in their midden.

Arsenal top their group and still pull Bayern. Must be cursing their luck.

Yeah I would agree with all that. Even during the stuttering period earlier in the season I was always confident we would ultimately impose ourselves. On the Hearts forum I looked at after the match amid a sea of total babble there was just one guy who was entirely honest and went as far as to say that no one else had so completely outplayed them all this season. And he further conceded that's just the way it's going to be because they're never going to be financially competing with Rangers or anything near it. Until the rest of their fans learn that or actually relearn it they're going to be nothing but disappointed. We're going to conduct more significant business in the January and Summer windows which will leave them trailing even further in our wake. And if we can qualify for the Europa league group stage we will begin to leave them even further behind. This was always going to be a season of transition and despite that we're still overall looking superior to both Hearts and the sheep. Neither of them have looked anything like as impressive as we did on Saturday and I still think we're going to be even better. -
I think it's all the more uncomfortable for them since the Savile revelations changed the landscape regarding turning a blind eye/covering up and not reporting systematic abuse over decades. You might say Jim fixed that flaw in society.

That's exactly why he was offside with no doubt about it. This is taken from an FA website explaining the ruling. And that's exactly what he did. -

The problem for Hearts managers right now is that after a spell in the SPL with no Rangers then a season in the championship with a Rangers team just coming up from league 1 and in a rebuilding process is that they forgot their place in the scheme of things. They thought that they were a comparable force to Rangers which is total fantasy. Following Saturday many were already calling for the new managers head after just one game and a defeat at a stadium where no visitor has won in over a year. Completely oblivious to the reality that at every succeeding transfer window Rangers will move ever further ahead of them and it wouldn't matter who they put in charge they are never going to be the force against Rangers they were in that championship season. And it's the same thing up in sheep land. McInnes is an idiot and they should be beating Rangers with ease. Entirely forgetting that they haven't beaten Rangers at Ibrox in decades and that in season 2012-13 even with no Rangers in the league they finished 8th and it was McInnes who then came in and gave them a spate of second place finishes albeit with no Rangers in the league. It's apparently going to take both of them time to relearn their natural place in the big picture and that's competing for third at best. -

Been a problem from day one hasn't it but hopefully that's the next corner to be turned. If the sheep who are crap can hit 5 against Killie we're due nay overdue to give someone a real hammering. -

What in the world is he talking about? No there weren't, in the first half Hearts had A chance not 'chances' and they missed it and in fact that was the only shot they had on target the entire match far less the first half. End of story. And even that chance was against the run of play. Yes it was, we have the clip of it right here in this thread slowed right down and we have the relevant rule declaring him to be offside. Again, end of story. Excellent, if that's them good i'm going to love what happens to them when they're not so good. -

I couldn't say for sure but i'm guessing he was indeed offside by any definition of the law as stated. It makes no provisions for any running off accidentally etc. Simply says if you're off the pitch and re-enter before a break in play then you're on the goal line for offside purposes. -
Which suggests we had an overwhelming team in the championship. Aside from the overall performance and result against hearts I have to confess I felt a sense of glee when Garner broke somebody's nose. They're a dirty team.

You have to think they will make moves to resolve that situation in the January window.

What about Rossiter? I rarely if ever saw him go into a tackle and not win the ball.

Yep. Which made him offside taking into account a rule I wasn't even aware of and i'm now wondering if the ref and linesman were actually applying this rule or if they thought Wallace was playing him offside. So applying that rule Cowie was standing on the goal line which makes him offside. And not only that a second player of theirs who was involved in the build up to it was standing off the pitch when the goal was scored. You can see him over on the right of this clip. It was the type of overwhelmingly dominant performance we have all been waiting for so it's hardly surprising you enjoyed it so much and I for one knew just had to be coming. The only slight disappointment was that it should have been at least 2 or 3 more goals. But it's still 2 consecutive commanding displays and against the two nearest clubs below us so i'm content with that. I'm looking for the same type of display at Hamilton now because on recent form that's a tricky place to go. Hamilton have lost only 1 of their last 10 games and in that 10 have beaten the sheep in Hamilton plus drawn with both hearts and St Johnstone in Hamilton so this is no straightforward gimme. -

To be fair consistency has been somewhat of an issue for us as well but I still think we will ultimately leave those two far behind us. And I wouldn't say the greatest issue for the sheep and hearts is consistency it's more like they're just not very good while being just good enough to contest 3rd and 4th. If they were any good at all they would have been far ahead of us right now after all our troubles in trying to get this team clicking. We were vastly under performing and yet they still couldn't shake us off while they were about as good as they're going to get. We appear to have turned the corner at last and given the way hearts were effectively trampled underfoot yesterday they should be fearing their next visit to the lions den even more because by that time we will be even stronger and likely with new January window additions. We already have better players sitting on the bench then either of those two have in their first 11. -

I think we would still have won just as comfortably even if the goal had stood. They can scream all they like about it but they were played off the park and this incident had no bearing on that. We're back and they just need to get used to the fact that knocks them down the pecking order. They had their happy day at tynecastle 10 days earlier and should be content with that. Nobody has beaten us at Ibrox in over a year and it baffles me why they think they could when they couldn't beat either Ross County or Hamilton away recently. I think their fans were deceived into believing they were comparable with Rangers due to that season in the Championship. Completely forgetting they had just dropped down from the SPL with an SPL team basically intact and we had just come up from league one and were rebuilding. They will never compete with us like that again. -
I think the sheep are living on a lot of luck that surely can't be maintained for an entire season. Judging from this St Johnstone had far and away the better chances including striking the post.

I have cut out the portion in question and reduced the speed to 15% of normal. Especially so if you go full screen the slow speed makes it easy to pause then restart at significant points and I think you're right. I think Wallace is just barely playing him on at the split second the ball is struck to be passed to the scorer. But in saying that no ref or linesman has the ability to slow it down to 15% and freeze frame to examine it. It's a very difficult call. If they did have that ability then the sheep wouldn't have got the foul that gave them their winning goal at pittodrie and we would be even further ahead of them. At the end of the day we totally outplayed hearts and it should have been more goals. Here is the clip. [video=youtube;038OR--MYgM]
