I believe SG will be here for a wee while yet especially if we win the league and the board continue to back him, SG loves Rangers and his desire to get us back to the top is obvious!. Right now SG probably couldn't get a better job than he has, IMO. -

The manager has already stated the Kamara is being sought after as he has a list of the teams who are showing an interest in him, and other players. I like Kamara and am always slightly miffed when he is left out of the team, however due to our European exposure and performances all our players will getting watched with interest from teams, so it is pretty normal that teams will be interested due to that success and Kamara is also doing well for Finland, but I agree he would be easier to replace than the likes of Morelos and if the club do receive an offer of £8m+ then it would be very difficult for the club to refuse. -
NEIL DONCASTER has been paid a performance bonus of £91,000 for his role as SPFL chief executive. The SPFL annual report and financial statement show he bagged a huge £388,000 salary, which has risen from £297,000 last year. Doncaster has been rewarded with the 30% wage rise after securing a £160million Scottish Premiership broadcast deal with Sky Sports beginning in the 2020/21 season. However, overall SPFL revenue dropped by 3% to £36.1m which is down to no Scottish teams competing in the Champions League group stage. The former Norwich CEO has been in charge at the SPFL for 10 years and is the highest paid director. According to the Daily Mail, a league source has backed the major bonus handed to Doncaster. They said: "Neil's package reflects the ongoing and growing commercial success of the SPFL. "The new broadcast contracts delivered just under 20 per cent more revenue to clubs. "Crucially it also involves far fewer changes to kick off times, with the disrupted kick-offs down from 60 to 48. "Attendances over the last five years have gone from 2013/14 when the figures were 3.8 million to 4.5million now. "Per capita that gives Scotland the highest attendances in Europe." The SPFL report also confirmed plans are being put in place to replace key sponsors Ladbrokes, Betfred and Tunnock's when deals finish at the end of this season. https://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/sport/football/4948166/spfl-neil-doncaster-91k-bonus/?utm_medium=Social&utm_source=Twitter#Echobox=1573637886

Celtic Boys Club manager 'stuffed banknotes in boy's mouth'

Celtic Boys' Club paedophile Frank Cairney slammed for 'cynical' use of justice system after latest freedom bid The evil beast is appealing his convictions despite the eight brave victims who independently took the stand at Hamilton Sheriff Court to give evidence against him. Celtic Boys’ Club paedophile Frank Cairney’s “cynical” use of the justice system has been slammed by one of his victims. The evil beast is to make his latest bid for freedom on tomorrow at the Court of Criminal Appeal in Edinburgh. He is appealing his convictions despite the eight brave victims who independently took the stand at Hamilton Sheriff Court to give evidence against him. Now, one of them has told the Daily Record how he is “insulted” and “disgusted” by Cairney’s constant appeals, saying they “prolong suffering” for the victims who were abused over a 20-year period. Cairney was jailed for four years in February on nine charges of historical abuse by Sheriff Daniel Kelly QC, who said he used his role as manager of the club as a “sinister cover” to carry out his sexual abuse of children and that he was a “wolf in sheep’s clothing”. The victim, who cannot be named, said: “It is totally cynical. I am insulted and disgusted by Cairney’s behaviour. “I have had to suffer all my life for what he did to me 45 years ago. I would expect that the other seven victims feel the same. “Giving evidence and having to see his face at the trial was a horrible experience. I wake up every night with the image of him in my head, several months on. “If that is not enough for any human being to have to go through, leaving me badly traumatised, Cairney keeps the ball rolling and prolongs my suffering by appealing four times and putting me through a complete state of anxiety and fear at the slightest chance he is going to get out of jail soon. “He is not man enough to accept or even acknowledge the damage he has done to me, and so continues to put me through further suffering, making it impossible for me to try and live a normal life. “Is this his way of tormenting me further, for standing up to him, at last, in a court of law, with seven more innocent children who were within his evil grasp? “I’ve spent my life silenced by the fear of ‘Big Frank’ and the power of Celtic Football Club. “Why, after being found guilty beyond reasonable doubt, due to the courage of us eight victims, doesn’t he accept his light punishment for his predatory, evil, sexual abuse over decades? Just tell the truth like it is. “Big Frank, you were part of an evil paedophile ring, pouncing on young boy’s hopes and dreams.” Cairney’s lawyers have tried on two occasions to have him released from prison ahead of the appeal because of his apparent poor health. However, judges have refused to grant the requests. Lord Turnbull and Lord Drummond Young concluded there was not enough evidence to justify Cairney, 84, being granted interim liberation. Cairney is thought to be serving time at Barlinnie Prison in Glasgow’s east end. At his sentencing, Sheriff Kelly told Cairney: “At Celtic Boys’ Club, you had a great say in which of the young men would progress to being taken on by Celtic Football Club. “A wolf in sheep’s clothing, little did parents suspect that the revered football manager was in fact an active paedophile.” Cairney is one of four men associated with Celtic Boys’ Club or Celtic FC to be convicted of predatory paedophile behaviour in recent months. Former kitman Jim McCafferty, 73, was jailed for six years and nine months. Founder of the boys’ club Jim Torbett, 71, was jailed for two years in 1998, and then again for six years last November. Gerald King, 66, a former chairman of the boys’ club, was convicted of preying on young victims while a teacher in Glasgow but avoided jail. https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/scottish-news/celtic-boys-club-paedophile-slammed-20870016 -

Goldson for me, his last 2 matches he has been excellent, maybe Helanders' form is a factor in that?. Barisic was excellent as well and our midfield were the real difference in the match, Morelos gets another goal.

Rangers are best team Livingston have faced all season, insists Marvin Bartley Livingston captain Marvin Bartley praised Rangers and told them: You’re the best we’ve faced this season. Bartley was a dejected figure at full-time after the Lions were totally outplayed. They haven’t won a game since beating Celtic at home in September and have lost three of the five games following that momentous result. Bartley, though, felt credit was due for the Gers. He said: “We are obviously going to be disappointed when we’re losing games. “But I think there are times when you just have to hold your hands up and say the better team won. “In terms of the teams we’ve played at home, they’re definitely the best side we’ve faced so far this season. “We were playing against a very good Rangers team. “You can see how they’ve been doing in Europe and they came here and did a number on us. We can’t have any qualms about the result. “I thought they were superb. As a player, you obviously don’t want to be coming off the pitch and be saying that about the opposition. “But it was a hard game for us. Their rotation was very good and you have to say that the best team won on the day. “I’ve played at this level for a few years now — and I’d have to say that’s the best Rangers team and performance I’ve come up against. “They played out from the back and even when they did give it away they always had two or three men around it to win it back quickly. “They imposed their game on us and we just weren’t able to impose our style on them unfortunately. “But you have to realise it’s two totally different clubs in terms of size and budgets. You have to accept that.” Bartley admitted he’s worried about Livi’s run without a win, but there was still some perspective. He said: “It’s obviously a concern because you want to win games. We haven’t won for a while. “But we’re still in a healthy position, because we don’t want to be in the bottom two. “We’ve got the international break and then we face Celtic, so we’ve really just got to try and kick on now and roll our sleeves up.” Bartley, meanwhile, praised the Livi No1 Matija Sarkic, who kept the score down and now reports for the Montenegro squad for Thursday night’s Euro 2020 qualifier against England at Wembley and a friendly against Belarus. He added: “He made a couple of very good saves. It doesn’t count for much in the end, but he’s developing into a really good young keeper and he’ll now go away with his national team.” https://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/sport/football/4939155/rangers-best-team-livingston-marvin-bartley/?utm_medium=Social&utm_source=Twitter#Echobox=1573456888 -
