  1. I don't think Eck will change much from the team that won on Saturday TBH, i think Brown will come in for Teale,Miller will be up on his own, i know Pressley is available but IMO Mcmanus did well
  2. Don't know much about the others or what they do, but i know the RST do a lot of work on behalf of the fans
  3. Italian boss Roberto Donadoni knows his side face a tough task against Scotland on Wednesday. The Scots, top of Group B following victory over Georgia on Saturday, are five points clear of Italy. With France and Ukraine also ahead of them, Italy realise three points in Bari is a must. "On Wednesday we must beat Scotland, absolutely," Donadoni told Gazzetta dello Sport having been in Glasgow to see Scotland's win. "We will try to manage the game and there is nothing I've seen here that makes me want to change my tactics for the match. Scotland are a tough side, with a quality midfielder with a player like Ferguson. "They are a very physical side with some quality. "I did not see one particular player who stood out, but they are a well put-together outfit that perfectly reflect the Anglo-Saxon philosophy of football. They never give in. "We must be wary not to give too much space to their strikers, as Kenny Miller has real pace and Kris Boyd gives the team depth." We've got them running scared already
  4. And so to the next game in the group of death, being five points in front of Italy it's now a must win game for them, we are on a roll no doubt about that, and full of confidence and have a wee bit of a cushion over Italy and are not expected to get anything out of this match but with the mentality we have just now, why can't we go there and get a draw?, again it's a big ask but we go there knowing even a defeat is going to keep us two points in front of them which just might make the difference and should keep the pressure on them and allow us to go into the game with confidence, all in all we have a fighting chance and at the end of the day if we get beat then that's what everybody expects, but a backs to the wall fighting draw will be a tremendous result and set us up for qualification, famous last words, kiss of death, well whatever the outcome i'm looking forward to this game and somehow i think the players are looking forward to it, so you just never know
  5. Norway's Euro 2008 qualifier with Bosnia Herzegovina was suspended after 50 seconds on account of crowd trouble. Fireworks and other objects rained down onto the pitch from the Bosnian section and referee Mike Riley took the players from the field of play. Moments later an advertising hoarding was set ablaze, while the Bosnian keeper was struck by an object. Norwegian police came onto the pitch with dogs in a bid to restore order, as Riley ushered the players to the dressing rooms at the Ulleval. Order was restored some 30 minutes after the scheduled kick-off time and the game was able to resume. Mmmmm !!!, more trouble
  6. The thing about Scotland is, we know we don't have world class players but they all work for the jersey and give 100%, so we deserve any luck we get IMO, it's all right having great players in your team, but that doesn't give you the right to win every game and qualify for major tournaments
  7. I hope Scotland continue to be lucky, how many times in the past have we been unlucky, anyway i thought we deserved the win, Boyd could've/should've had a hatrick, Teale should've scored in the first half and Miller,[ forest], should've scored, better being lucky than good.....!!!!!
  8. To be fair, i did cover my bet a wee bit, i also backed Shota and 1-0 @ 66/1
  9. Well i had Boyd & 2-1 @ 22/1, that'll do me, great result the day in what was a must win game, keeps us in there.
  10. And you can only start at the beginning, so the lad has started playing well, consistency is his next target
  11. What worries me is the fact that the bookies make us such big favourites, i mean we are hardly a tope side and Georgia are no mugs
  12. I'm with you on this one Cammy, some of our fans should get banned from Ibrox for , BREAKING THE LAW !!!!!!!!, but we need some-one to lead our fight against all bigotry, because IMO we are not the worst offenders
  13. Glad the team wasn't wearing green & white hoops or the Craptic fans would be complaing to the media and UEFA
  14. Sorry, i can't agree with that, wouldn't it be a perfect world if no-one misbehaved, sing a song and you'll get beaten up , once again we all know these idiots should not be singing these songs but ffs there's no excuse for the way these so-called police waded into our fans
  15. A true legend and gentleman, R.I.P.
  16. Of course we agree, i'm just having a bit of a rant, for me the biggest issue in Pamplona was the brutal assault on our fans, but the singing is taking the headlines, but also i feel the club aren't doing enough to weed these arseholes out, people pay good money to go to these games so why should they then be asked to police the crowd as well?, when you go into any establishment and cause trouble you're kicked out by the owners or whoever is in charge, not by the other people that are in there

    The Billy Boys

Agreed, i'm not saying we should use the word, i don't, but it's so fucking annoying when people complain about something that they find offensive, what makes them the judge, what happened to the old saying, stick and stones, political crap is what this is with no defence of any contential issues, there's always two sides to a story but right now there's only one side being fought
  18. Craig, i must apologise as i'm not making myself clear, i want the club to fight before any rule is passed, not after it's passed, but you can obey rules and still fight them IMO
  19. This is what's really pissing me off, who are we offending and why is it offensive to them ?, who's the bigots ?, so if you find something offensive ban it

    The Billy Boys

My understanding of the word F****n is certainly not sectarian nor biggoted, look the word up in the dictionary!!, so to sing up to your knees in F****n blood is not bigoted or sectarian, the bottom line is this country is fucked, we're not allowed to fart incase it offends someone........PISH
  21. Agree with Cammy here, this is the point i'm trying to make, yes we all want theses idiots who continually sing banned songs nowhere near Ibrox, but for me the bigger picture is worrying, we need the club to stand up and defend us, ON EVERY ISSUE, and not just be dictated to,once they have thier way with songs, what's next?, this relates to my other posts about breaking rules, my question is who's rules are they?,although it's looking likely we'll be banned i think it's a dsgrace that we should be banned for singing songs when you see what is happening in other countries, Spain, Itay etc;
  22. Nah,it's no you mate, it's Buffel tha's lost the plot, the reason he's not playing is he's too good for Rangers and the SPL
  23. I also agree with Calscot, the point i'm making is it seems like we're sitting ducks waiting to be shot at, once any rule is passed then of course we have to adhere to it, but i don't see the club, unlike the RST, coming out and trying to defend the fans on anything that is being thrown at us by the media, the yobs that continue to chant songs when they have been told not to have to be stopped, but all the other shit that is coming at us is wrong and the club should be fighting our corner, my point on flags,UF IN PARTICULAR, are being said from some quarters that they shouldn't be flown, so if we can't fly the UF as it is seen as offensive to others then i'm sorry but that problem is not ours and i would like to think the UF will be defended by the club
  24. Thanks for explaining that for me Craig
  25. Craig, i understand what he's saying mate, what i'm saying is we surely don't accept evry decision without putting up a valid argument, or is this the current times where whatever we're told we just do
