-
Aye,but is the Ukraine v France game not played later at night after the Scotland v Italy game

I think Italy need to win at Hampden, unless Lithuania take points of France

Excellent stuff, and there's this as well
-
I think Dailly will start and IMO a player who is under rated,he has been a good servant to Scotland and will sit in front of the defence and break things up
-
I don't think Pearson was rank, but Maloney is a good shout
-
Don't get me wrong Gribz.I do fancy us to win...........but then again it is Scotland we're talking about !!!!!,I mean going on recent results we are THE BEST TEAM IN EUROPE just now ,but we are famous for doing things the hard way

Interesting fact about Scotland's point total so far....

You're right mate,it's not going to be easy, but then we haven't had an easy game yet,and we have improved a hell of a lot since then,I think we'll get the win,the worrying thing for me is that Italy need to win at Hampden, and of course if we don't beat Georgia then we need to beat Italy, can we really beat the world champions ? -
Wish I was going !!!!!!!!!!!!
-
It's gonna be tough.....................but I think we'll just manage a win, here's hoping anyway, the players deserve to play at the finals for the effort they have put in,and if they don't I still think the fans will appreciate that effort.....2-1 for me !!!
-
Couldn't argue with that side, although I think Pearson will be on the left and Fletcher on the right.
-
Scotland are 4/7 on Wed.,don't think i'll bother betting them !!!!,mind you i've no had a look at the goalscorer and correct score yet, that might be worth a look

It's actually a wee bit more hostile when the sheep come to town

Scotland will be without Scott Brown and Alan Hutton for Wednesday's Euro 2008 qualifier against Georgia due to injury. The pair both started the 3-1 win over Ukraine at Hampden Park, although Brown was replaced late on by Aston Villa's Shaun Maloney. Scotland coach Roy Aitken earlier admitted the pair were touch-and-go and now it has been confirmed they will miss out due to minor knocks. Maloney could well fill the void vacated by Brown's absence while Graham Alexander is the likely candidate to replace Hutton. Meanwhile, Scotland boss Alex McLeish has confirmed Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has given Darren Fletcher the green light to play for Scotland. Fletcher is on the mend after breaking a bone in his foot, but is in line to feature against Georgia as he has been pencilled in to play for United against Aston Villa next week. "(Ferguson) said that he'll play next weekend for Manchester United therefore he can play for Scotland," McLeish told Sky Sports News
