Totally agree BG. It would also be very helpful if the board said don’t sing etc etc. I know everyone should be aware of it, but it would make it clear for everyone and there would be no excuses.

I think many folk have said that any decent lawyer would tear this stuff apart. The problem is nobody out with the club seems willing to do it? The club can have no part in it, due to UEFA own regulations. We would be thrown out while we challenge their jaundiced findings. So, it would need to be an independent party.

Going back to the songs we can sing, let’s be honest, most of us cringe when we hear TBB or SR. There are still loads of others we CAN sing for eg; Derry’s walls, Every Saturday We Follow, Blue Sea of Ibrox and loads of other traditional songs that don’t contain FTP or F@nians etc. This is not difficult, it’s easy enough to do, and takes the initiative away from them

We all know where we are now. The line in the sand is there. We all stick together but we must not give them ammunition. Don’t give any of them the benefit of the doubt on anything. Well done to Ferguson and Dodds; but we need to play our part, starting with not handing them the sticks to beat us with. I actually think this could be of benefit in the longer term. I can’t be the only one who was not looking forward to the OF game. The media and Hollicom would have gone after us and the songbook. This way we are forewarned and can take action to avoid it. They will have no ammunition of substance if we don’t give them any.

Nothing will be highlighted on them, much of that is political and possibly financial? We just need to not give them cover fire for when the do screw up. They know there is a massive storm engulfing them at the moment, this just deflects from it. The sooner we get our own house in order the better. If ever there was a time to stand together it is now. Since 2012 we have come a long way, but now we also need to wise up and toe the line. My worry is that 95% of fans will do that and 5% will get us shafted? I am not too worried about Thursday night as the offending area won’t be there. The club should pre empty this, and take the opportunity to refuse away tickets. We need to look after ourselves, and our own self interest. They seemed a decent bunch when they were up here last year. We all know what it’s like to be in that position, hopefully they come through this? Perhaps the club could organise a friendly to help with initial funds if they come through this mess?
