  1. Sorry m8, as I said on another thread, I like big Wes and he's capable but I feel he can be a bit slow. As for England??..
  2. Yup, RANGERRAB spot on, both soap dodgers! Sweep sweep. Personally I don't care, but it's not a level playing field and they can do what they like. Scotland 2016??
  3. Gotta be honest, big Wes has been fantastic but I feel he's a bit slow, especially getting down at times, but it seems MW is happy with him. I think he may get found out next season, hope I'm wrong as its nothing personal against the big guy, I've met a few of the players and he's a nice guy. Time will tell.
  4. I know Barrie got MOTM but I felt Halliday was our best player overall, ball watching aside, I thought he had a great game keeping Broooooooooons baldy nut quiet in his back pocket. There will be quite a few not there next year, however collectively we are a great team, with an unbelievable belief and spirit, with the best fans in the world behind them. We still have a cup final to win, and these are the players we have got, to be fair yes there were some mistakes yesterday, that's football, my own feeling is that until the time comes we should get behind every player and give them the support they all deserve this year. They have all been incredible. WATP:champs:
  5. Just tuned in, must have just missed it!
  6. Aye, fair point. We still have Hivs during week then Alloa and St Midden last game so they will be shattered. Not sure about a week off tho?? Maybe a week in the sun as a group, light training and socialising, rather than all separate ways. Keep the team together until the end of season? Just a thot. Who cares at the minute, Europe here we come!
  7. Hadn't crossed my mind, all kidding aside that's a great point!. Is there any way we could set up a couple of friendly matches over that 3 week period?? It's a long time to go with no game time.
  8. :merlin2: Never thought of that Barca/Ian, someone stick a Magic Hat over on Kerryfail st, nobody mess with the wizzard:champs:
  9. Pubs in Glasgow's east end were also being "advised" by plod Scotland to shut at 8-8.30pm(seriously, that's what the secret police would do, go round and tell you to close!) ridiculous in itself and I am informed it was portrayed as a "suggestion"? As far as I am aware, most pubs politely told them to chase themselves. Clearly nothing better to do with their time? I will be sitting back watching that wee bitter rabid on Sportscence. Still coming to terms with what we achieved today. A truly great day, my old mum is 65, dodgy hips and knees, and a bad chest, poor woman was telling me she cant put herself through that again:rfc: she doesn't even like football and was engrossed by it:rfc: Cant wait for the final, just hope my luck improves on the ballot front:rfcbouncy:
  10. There was another "objective" report on ssn website by "Rory O'callahan"(I think that's the name?) makes for humorous reading??
  11. It's almost 6 months since I lost my missus, she was a bigger bear than me(metaphorically lol) she would have a heart bursting with pride now, the same as all of us. What a day, what a performance, what a support. WOW dosnt really cover it. WATP.
  12. Just passing Hampden at mo, as I said before don't live far from there. Now it's here and I didn't get a breif really hitting home. However every single supporter who did, I'm sure will do us proud! The players have been incredible and a credit to the club and our institution in the face of the biggest onslaught and attempt to kill our heritage and our club in history. Its getting busy here now, traffic building up and supporters arriving. If we play as we can today we are in with one heck of a shout. No matter what, WATP.
  13. Be front page headlines, 100%. Big Bad Rangers. Xmas come early for our ever objective media(sarcasm)
  14. Totally agree compo. It's around the same place as my neice and I got one for my late better half when she passed last year. It's not very well lit up there, and could well do with some better lighting.
  15. I hope I am wrong and it's just prematch paranoia. Just over 37 hours to go.?
  16. Take your point Pete and you are absolutely correct regarding the way the game is being portrayed in certain quarters. My point was mainly about players going unpunished, I am acutely aware that they have a superior physical threat than we do and Broooooooon will be more than happy to stick the boot in. My point was that if plod Scotland brief the teams, which they have, to behave themselves on the field of play(just ridiculous in itself, but there you are) then they would have to brief the refs also, everyone will have to be in the loop. So I was only suggesting that there will be more leniency towards industrial tackling by the officials, not condoning it, just my opinion as to what I think may happen due to the overzealous stance the police have. Just that if you brief the players to behave, you would have to brief Thomson and his assistants to try and not "be noticed" so to speak. Its a sorry situation anyway that the police are briefing players and getting involved in football.
  17. Honestly I suspect plod Scotland will have already briefed Thomson to endeavour to keep cards to a minimum(if teams are spoken to the refs must be too) so Brown etc will feel free to stick the boot in safe in the knowledge he can inflict injury without fear of appropriate punishment! That along with what will be a quagmire of a pitch is a perfect storm regarding injuries. It really is worrying.
  18. Well folks, as was predicted pissing down today, the pitch will be torn to shreds no doubt by the "silver lined touches of 2nd class sheep and Hiv's" so we can look forward to playing on what will look like an allotment in disrepair! With waggy having a dodgy knee, I don't think I would risk him.
  19. In that sense, it's positively Caribbean in most of Glasgow Ffs lol.
  20. Yeh, definitely pens. Hang my head in shame! Reckon it could go all the way myself?? 2-2 or 3-3?? It's a possibility? Going to bookies now?Bears win on pens??
  21. Can anyone confirm this?? Just checking online and I think it still goes to a replay???
  22. Ahh. I was unaware m8, thot replays were still applicable for Scottish cup. I look like a tit now don't I lol
  23. Just throwing this out there, I've been thinking about this all week. Anyone else fancy a 2-2 or 3-3 draw and we have to go though all this ticket debacle in a replay?? It's not that far fetched??
  24. I don't think he or anyone else is playing games. When 10 other clubs tried to kill us off, was that a game?? Me thinks not! I can smell the steaming pile of turd that is gurgling through McLeods putrid mhanky guts as we speak! If he thinks this will ever be forgotten he is as deluded as his reptilian brethren have been since the dawn of time! They and there other 9 cohorts have been dreading this day, we haven't even started yet. Never forgive, Never forget. WATP.
