[FT] Motherwell 0 - 2 Rangers (Tavernier 48; Waghorn 90)

I fear there will be games this season where our defence will be torn open like a pretty boys arse in d block!? Going forward great, as everyone mentiond, good greif our defence is poor though, but we are leaving two at the back with Taverneir apparently taking up his new role as a right winger?? What can we expect. -

Everything if down our right hand side, same as CF. Playing what seems like a 2-5-3 most of the time. -

Scottish Cup Final: Police release further images

Cheers Frankie, wasn't aware it was the end of the month. That will be just the two months then for the SFA to address the situation. They will hide behind plods investigation of course however it's glaring that UEFA only took a couple of days with the Russia and English fans violence and the police still managed to carry out a proper investigation. This place is a cabal run backwater that stinks of corruption, the worst thing is and I'm sure what others see, is that there isn't even an effort to hide it!. -

I think I said this before but still no news on punishment for Hibs or their fans. Petrie is getting off Scot free and it's all being left so we forget about it. Why are they not massively fined and already banned from the Scottish cup?? -

Great piece Frankie, can't wait to get back into action on Saturday. I have to be honest, the back four, two centre halfs especially imho will be caught out, Keirnan and Wilson are a weakness and we really need an out an out striker. We don't have the quality to win the league however I appreciate where we are. As you said, it's been a long two months, thankfully come Saturday, the wait is over??. -
Objectivity is indeed a dying personality trait. I like to think I do have and do try to have it on most things. One thing is for sure tho, I'm certain Tom English is glad he isn't me as I'm sere as heck glad I'm not him!.

The Summer Transfer Rumour Round-up Thread

I just wish we would get a striker, a decent front man, signed pronto!. Time is moving on and I'm getting twitchy. So many names get thrown about and I appreciate we need to find the price of the jigsaw, I just can't help clock watching. -
I know mate! Couldn't help keeping a wee cheeky look at it. Part time waiters, taxi drivers and probably a postman from good old Gibraltar! Class lol.

Rangers boss Mark Warburton to extend Ibrox stay
cooponthewing replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
Re Tav/Waggy I could understand it if they were asking after a good first half of the season and looked sharp in the top division. Also waggy missed the end of the season through injury. Two years left on their contracts, let's see their form in with the big boys before contract extensions/wage increases. -
I'm afraid addiction bedevils all sections of society and does not discriminate in those it wishes to destroy. Once it has taken everything from you, it will then come back for you yourself. It's very easy for people(the media) to criticise gazza, the weakest or sick are always easy to attack. It's also easy to say he has had chance after chance and so many trying to help. If it were that easy to stop, society would not have the problems it does with many forms of addiction. I genuinely wish him well, and hope he gets back on the straight and narrow again. I'm sure he can do without photos of him by a downmarket rag when he is that unwell, that itself and the shame for one thing, will only feed his addiction. I hope they are as quick to print photos of him when he is hopefully looking a lot better.

Great news, just what the team needs as we tip toe into the start of the season? Stability and an immediate future clear of management uncertainty. All bodes well for the new season. -

I agree with Boabie on this too. He is a narcacistic megalomaniac who's arrogance and contempt for others imho leaves him sociopathic symptomatic. He has taken it upon himself to make this personal, he makes and will make nothing from Rangers however he truly believes he can do no wrong, I suspect he feels that DK having, in his mind, the audacity to challenge someone as socially influential as him(again, in his egotistical mind) should be taught a lesson, along with anyone else that dares to challenge him. I fear we will be left to suffer this troubled, unbalanced and mentally fragile individual until we can legally rid ourselves of him. Hopefully the legal minds we have may find a way to extract us from his clutches? Hope springs eternal? -
My money for the Annan game came out last Thursday mate. A few days late. Maybe it depends on what bank we use? Stranraer game not out yet though. Hope you get it sorted.

Can't wait for next Saturday, close season is brutal, I'm a Rangers junkie, feel like the walls are closing in with no games to look forward too!. Hope we see a few of the new signings, I have a decent seat up the back of the stand so seriously counting the hours till Saturday?

Martyn Waghorn and James Tavernier reject Rangers contract offers
cooponthewing replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
I havnt read that much into this as was under the impression it was mank propaganda that UEFA had dismissed out of hand?. If that is correct, what is it the media doing running with a fabricated and doctored story?? Oh yeh, that's right, it's us, lies, untruths and spurious allegations of any sort are common place and fair game? -
As long as MW gets someone for that position Ian before the season starts I will be happy. I actually thought had the money been right Grigg was a great shout, however if it's someone else that MW has in mind, all well and good but we simply must sign a proven out and out goal scorer with presence. Another CB would be preferable too.
