  1. Didn't matter in the end tbh. We should have gone straight to CAS. That would have legally stood and SFA would have had to overturn.
  2. Fourth Official claims he's heard the judge ruled against us.
  3. This is messy. Very messy.
  4. Still completely pointless. End of the day it will remain up to the SFA. This entire thing was pointless.
  5. So, in actual fact, this is pointless. If SFA disagree with the court, it doesn't make any difference. And they will disagree if we win.
  6. Ok, someone just claimed the judge has no actual power to overturn the ban.
  7. Exactly. Hence this entire debate.
  8. What clause is that and what evidence is there it exists? Fair enough. Of course, I can't argue with any of this. See? What were we even arguing about
  9. I'd be quite happy to see Aluko, Naismith and Lafferty all together with a shiny new striker. Ah, one can dream.
  10. Ok, you appear to be being a little more reasonable here. Your post at him appeared very critical, and as Lafferty has had something of a love hate relationship with our fans, it was a reasonable comment to suggest you, like quite a lot of Rangers supporters, hated him. You made some quite snarling comments about him, and I felt it implied a strong dislike at best. Do you really, really think we can afford to let a player as good as Lafferty go simply due to a few character flaws? His record for us since the split, as I showed you, of 2010/2011 has been very good. His goal ratio is impressive for such an injury disrupted period. We need to hold onto guys like him, especially in these circumstances where our squad is thinner than Kate Moss.
  11. Admittedly some tim called mine a load of self indulgent ego or something along these lines. But you expect that from that shower. It's another thing entirely for Rangers fans to have a go at Rangers blogs!
  12. Your attempts at patronising are absolutely woeful.
  13. The fire aimed at him is with good reason. I see no other Rangers blogs which get harassed by Rangers fans!
  14. Ugh. Didn't see this bit. He descends into worse than gutter journalism with this. Now he's taking pot shots at supporters.
  15. Fucking hope the judge is a bear! Simple fact is though there were no grounds for this embargo, so if all is pure and holy this ruling should go in our favour.
  16. 'But I have been proven to have been right all along' What an egotist. The entire piece is all about 'my scoop' 'how right I was' 'my exclusive'. He doesn't even come across as caring about Rangers, just about being right.
  17. Hemmings was a season ago. He hasn't/barely featured since last pre-season! Aluko's not a striker, neither is Naismith, neither is McCulloch, neither is Kerkar tbh. Little did quite well but if the honest line of debate here is that we have Andy Little and Kane Hemmings therefore there's no slot for Lafferty, then it appears the football side of this debate is being completely ignored. Are you honestly saying we can happily afford to sell Lafferty? All of you - right now Kyle Lafferty is our best striker - in a current first 11 if fit he'd start. I agree his personality is a little off beat and he has a bit of the immaturity about him, but so did Wayne Rooney at the same age.
  18. Funny how you're the only one acting pretentious about it. I've respected the views of others, engaging them in debate, but you're the one making bizarre comments like this and ignoring posts which prove you wrong. I'll think twice before addressing you in the future.
  19. Reasonable response, but you appear to be ignoring, as others are, the bigger picture. We can't really afford to lose anyone, certainly not for 3p and a pack of Wrigleys. If we lost Naismith it's for a few million. All about money, which I can accept. But, btw, right now, we have NO decent striker apart from Lafferty. We have Little, Kerkar, McCulloch and Healy. That's our embarrassment of riches up top. Can we just afford to 'get shot' of Lafferty because some of us don't overly rate him?
  20. Uh huh, and for that one suspension you want a player, who took a massive wage cut to help the club survive, to leave? At a time when we're going to lose players and could use every squad member we can hold onto? Guess the loyalty isn't going both ways.
  21. Perfect. Ignore the entire post and just repeat your previous opinion. Congratulations, there's a slot on Question Time just waiting to be lapped up with your debate technique.
  22. So you basically abandoned your beliefs because of some tabloid nonsense? Good to see you're not easily influenced.
  23. When played in his correct position, he's scored multiple terrific goals. His form since the split of 2010/2011 has been outstanding, because he got used as a striker. Problem is, earlier in his career with us, and Ally admits this, we were unfair to him playing him out of position on the left wing, a position he's no good at. Most supporters only seem to remember this period, and his occasional lapses in judgement in terms of conduct. When played in his correct position, 2010/2011 during the split, at last, he scored 7 goals in 6 starts. Following season (this one) he scored 7 in 19 injury disrupted appearances. To call him a waste is grossly unfair, not really accurate, and a bit misleading.
  24. I can feel the love for him CG.
  25. He's a wee cock though. He said he didn't care about this club, only his brother who was employed here. A vile comment to come out with imo.
