The Summer 2018 Transfer Window Rumours and Deals
pete replied to der Berliner's topic in Rangers Chat
Looking through the times there have not been a lot of really good defensive centre-back Scandinavians. Most of the real toppers are attacking players. -
I hate when an institution has to investigate itself as it rarely backs the victim. See BBC! Rangers have already done their investigation and that is their answer it is now time to move on to the next independent step. Unfortunately the SFA and SPFL are not an honest appeal centre but Rangers will have to go with their judgement.

I wish to hell I had such a shite life.

Unfortunately the video never came with this. Watch the video at http://www.eveningtimes.co.uk/news/16276344.Watch__Who_Dares_Wins_star_Ant_Middleton_reveals_he___s_a_Rangers_fan_-_just_like_Ewen_Cameron/ It is Hilarious! The chief instructor on the Channel 4 series was catching up with the STV presenter at City Centre eatery Lychee Oriental. READ MORE: STV presenter Ewen Cameron hits back at trolls after being dubbed a secret Rangers fan In a video posted online by Ewen, the presenter asks Ant: “If you were a football fan in Scotland, what football team would you support out of Celtic and Rangers?” “The same as you, mate - Rangers. Glasgow Rangers, right?” Ant replies. Looking heavy unimpressed, Ewen hits back: “You’re a f****** d***.” “What? Glasgow Rangers all day, no?” Ant goads. “I’m a Hearts man, I f****** told you that earlier,” hits back Ewen. “Well, why have you been harping on about Glasgow Rangers all day?” laughs Ant. READ MORE: STV presenter Ewen Cameron caught with Rangers bag “F******, he’s an a*******, by the way,” proclaims a defeated Ewen. The banterous exchange comes just weeks after the Evening Times reported how die-hard Hearts fan Ewen hit back at trolls on Twitter who accused him of being a closet Rangers fan.

Graeme Souness: 'Not impossible' for Gerrard to beat Celtic to the title

It sounds to me Craig that you have closed the door and looking through the keyhole to see who is there, hoping you can open it again. Einstein was surrounded by realists but it didn't make him wrong. -

Graeme Souness: 'Not impossible' for Gerrard to beat Celtic to the title
pete replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
I don't think his experience of a being a manager makes a big difference. It is the players he has, how he gets his players to play for him and his tactical awareness. There are lots of first year managers that win leagues. Yes money will make a difference but it is not the do all or end all. FC Twente have the fourth biggest budget in Holland but got relegated. When they were third bottom they brought in one of the most experienced managers in Holland Gert-jan Verbeek and went further downhill quicker. Sparta Rotterdam brought in Dick Advocaat and they also got relegated. You can pay millions and millions for 11 Messi's but it will not guarantee a good team. It is all if's and but's, but I hope Gerrard has more confidence in his ability to do the job than some on here. I believe Rangers can win the league and yes I thought that last season, and the season before and also will again next season. Maybe I am not a realist but at least I am happy for a few months before a ball is kicked. A dreamer\positive thinker brings more to life than a realist otherwise we would still be running around with spears. -

Jesus Craig I am going to go and slash my wrists. Thank god I am not so realistic. -
Unfortunately it is too late now and possibly the only chance we will see him in a Rangers shirt is as a loan player for a year.
-
Hopefully we can keep the better players and they are not sucked away like Gilmour. Well done to all involved with the academy, keep up the good work

Rangers clinch loan deal for Liverpool midfielder Ovie Ejaria

We know if you check the agree list you will see both our names at the time. We were just giving our meaning on it as it kept getting mentioned. Now is maybe the time to get back on topic. -
Club1872 confirm £1million raised for share issue

A bit of money juggling there. All resources should be used for shares when needed as that was the reason for setting up the organisation. -
Rangers clinch loan deal for Liverpool midfielder Ovie Ejaria

That's the way it should be. Once a deal has been reached then it should have it's own thread so we can discuss the pro's and cons of the signing and player. -
Not really interested in the world cup to be honest and I am far too busy at the moment to start working out scores so I am afraid I will miss out on this one.

The Summer 2018 Transfer Window Rumours and Deals
pete replied to der Berliner's topic in Rangers Chat
Totally disagree with you. We could not pay premier champion players in the lower leagues so we were always going to have lesser quality players. This going youth thing is a nonsense and we would still be down fighting in the lower leagues if we went that way. What youth player at that time has made it big apart from maybe McKay. We were also getting robbed blind by the spivs so all the money was going out the back door. Us missing a trick in the lower leagues is a massive red herring. -
It is not going to happen so not really worth discussing. Once you stop you are mentally and physically drained. Look at the kranjcar experiment it is just too difficult to get that level of fitness back. Gerrard hasn't played since 2016 his legs won't handle it. People are thinking of how he was then and he will never hit that level again. Sorry for being a stick in the mud.

Welcome to the website mate. I hope you enjoy. Good to have people supporting our club as a choice and not because they were born into it. This is imo the best website for real discussion. I think we have a few British military on board and 26th of foot is or has been military I think. Unless I am totally wrong.

I don't think so I think it is for all ages. These DJ's make a fortune these days and the Dutch seem to lead the way. The top Dutch DJ's are all millionaires.

Nah i probably thought more that there would be some really hot birds there. I will say though I have worn a jimmy hat a few times. I did wear a black or white Fred Perry with a black or white chiffon scarf around my neck. If it was the white Fred Perry, I wore the Black chiffon scarf and vice versa. It was for the fluorescent lights in Clouds the Discotheque. Oh the joys of being young. Just for Bill, I see the Gaffer was in Ibiza for a David Guetta concert. Possibly for some new music for the scored goals?
-
Okay I will own up. I went to see the Bay City Rollers live at the Electric Gardens. Shame on me but I was just more curious than liking their music.
-
I don't think he wants to come back to Scotland. He said he wants to be the best player in Mexico and the noises from his agent suggested he was looking for a way out of his contract.

No we should have kept McLaren instead of giving one of our biggest foes our player of the year for nothing.
