The Summer 2018 Transfer Window Rumours and Deals
pete replied to der Berliner's topic in Rangers Chat
He was good for a couple of seasons but later it was all about Barry and not the team. In the end he was an arsehole. -

If you look at the stats of Barry Ferguson then it won't be full of goals but he had an important role in the team. -
Get Behind The Rangers With A Founders Trail Scarf !
pete replied to The Moonlighter's topic in Rangers Chat
If that is the case then should it not be a lighter blue and have a star instead of RFC ? As Gonzo says it would be great to wear but I would want people to recognise it as a Rangers scarf or make it totally true to the founders . Apart from the RFC badge I can't relate it to anything Rangers. As I said if you don't see the badge then it looks more like a Kilmarnock scarf to me. You could make it lighter blue and even incorporate RFC within the star. You guy's do fantastic work and I hate to criticise but as they say. If you like it tell others, if you don't tell the people that matter. I am only one person giving you my thoughts. You have obviously sold thousands to happy customers. Can I also ask in this Photo Peter Campbell has a Lion on his shirt. Why was that? Was that a sign for the captain? -
Maybe Frankie can ask him on to the Gersnet Podcast. He seems fanatical enough about his work.

David Edgar saying people at Rangers are denying there is a clause. He used to have it but it was worked away when he signed a new contract. I guess we will find out soon enough. Possible reason? Why give him a new contract offering him more money and not getting benefits for yourself. -

Steven Gerrard: Rangers weren't fit enough to be successful last season

I don't think so. O'Halloran said his training was a joke and far too easy. -

Davis is too old and bringing players back is seldom successful. -

I think we should have a sprinting coach now. He does not have to be a full time coach just a few hours a week. More sprinting technique than fitness. -
WOULD you like to be part of the Rangers team as a volunteer on matchdays?

My wife would have the crowds down to about 5000 in a few weeks with her nagging. Only the die hard staunch would survive She is in Dunoon at the moment and even all the fish have left the Clyde estuary. -
Does anyone know if RTV are covering the Bury game?

McCoists team obviously wasn't as fit as they should have been and rumoured to have had more time on the golf course than in training. Dhalia's Celtic team also looked totally unfit and were chasing shadows when we beat them 3-2. I don't think it is all about being physically fit there is also a mentally fit and that is where a lot of players fail. -

If you look at Morelos he looks far leaner and fitter. He also has a smile on his face in nearly every picture. He is happy.? -

Having lived in part part of the Benelux for most of my life I will be supporting the Belgians. It would be bitter sweet for the Dutch though thinking in the great Dutch teams that never won it. -

I agree with you but I will add looking at speed ice skaters where the man with the hammer as they say hits harder than any other sport, rest is also a very big issue. Pushing your body for 24 hours a day won't make you fitter there really has to be a balance between pushing your body and rest. It was totally obvious that McCoist teams lacked fitness. Even Alloa were fitter than us. hopefully Gerrard can find that balance. -

Momentum? A car travelling at the speed of light would stop dead when it hits a wall. -

Don't be daft, Scotland nearly beat them and they haven't played anyone yet. They struggled against the mighty Tunisia. I think Croatia and Belgium will be in at the end. Sweden as an outsider.
