I think all players will be fighting for their place under le Guen so everyone is potentially second choce. Eck had his favourites but i don't think le Guen is like that he is more ruthless. Play bad and you will be out.

Holland are out, probably deservedly so, but this is a perfect example of how a ref can ruin a game. This referee should never be allowed to referee a top class game again. In the 2nd half there was probably 25mins of actual football and 20 mins of play acting. Holland are out and i have no problem with that, they didn't deserve much more, but it really is time for a red card for referees.

Exellent post Danny, i may be totally wrong but my idea of scottish coaches is having the players running round the track improving fitness but falling short on technical ability. The contenental way is training with a ball at all times. That is why i feel we have the best manager available to lead us forward.

There was a thread on this a few days ago and i stated on there that i also think it is crap he is getting this reward. There are ordinary people who work night and day for charities and get hee haw. Just because he is a middle of the road football player who does a bit of charity work he gets it. Sorry but i would prefer to see the real charity workers getting it.
