    New Threads

Twice this week i have posted things that have already been posted because there were more threads on the same subject. Can we stick to one thread for say Clement or Elmander or whatever. If the original is off the first page then ok but to have 3 threads running over one subject is asking for double posts. rant over!
  2. Seems the deal is on again for 2.5 mil. Discussions are at an advanced level. Elmander is returning tomorrow and will be brought up to date.
  3. We backed off of 6 mill euro's for klaas -jan Huntelaar last year and the guy is now worth double that. And Murray claims to have a nose for business.
  4. He was a good player in the early days with Everton but he seems to have hit a big big dip. Did Hughes not play with him at Everton. He maybe can bring out the best in him again.
  5. I don't know what it was called but they cut out the jim Baxter vote when it was well in front.
  6. Ronaldo stiched him up. All is fair in love and war as they say. I think Ronaldo would be wise to leave England now though. If he dosn't i can't wait for his first game to see the reaction. Although some idiot could take other actions off the park.
  7. As long as the jim Baxter bridge is ready on time i will be happy.

I felt he was awefully slow when i watched him. His wage is going to be a problem to the French teams, i think Rangers will have to pay part of his wage to get shot of him.

    Setanta

How does Setanta work? Is it also with a card the same as Sky?

    Clement

Le Guen has been watching McCormack for 2 weeks now he will have seen enough to make a decision. What good will it do the lad to be stuck in reserve team football for another year. Best for all parties i think. Although i watch Dutch football every week i can't really remember anything about Elmander. I don't know if that says anything. Le Guen seems to like him and he must be a better judge than me.
  11. It seems to be set he is off to real Madrid. I think he will be booed everywhere he plays in England now but to be honest that would not worry me. All is fair in love and war.

Agree with you mate we have taken greater risks with players far worse. Give the guy another chance.

Agreed give him a chance under a real coach(No not on the m1 before all you smart ass answers:D ) Give him a chance with PLG to see what he is made of.
  14. Just a thought. Colshy is right England don't fall under the footy page.
  15. That is great where i work, it also has air conditioning 22 degrees all the time. The thing is when you walk out the door it is like walking into a brick wall. The air conditioning is for the product by the way not for the workers.

Thats what i thought Craig, that all wc players were given 2 weeks holiday after they went out.
  17. I am still waiting for developements Craig but i don't fancy 300 days of this temp to be honest. The humidity there is only 15% so that will probably make a difference but warm is warm. We are also looking for people to go to France which didn't interest me at first but i may consider changing my mind.
  18. If you blink here you start to sweat. 34,35 is too warm give me the thunder and lightning. New Mexico 300 days of this. I am staying in Holland.

I would have thought he was still on holiday because of the wc. Surley he should have had a longer break.
  20. He could have done that here in Holland at the moment. Bloom'n 32 today going up to 34, 35, over the next 2 or 3 days. Thank god i'm going to Scotland for a few days roll on the Glasgow climate 20 degree's here we come. Just kidding i know he is guaranteed that weather in Africa, He could have got a freezing 12 degrees as we had last year at this time.
  21. I am sure he will take in many games at the mo. Why we have to trail away to South Africa for 2 games i will never know. Ok it might sell a few shirts but i feel it is a waste of time and energy.
  22. I think it will be Gerrard. I feel he has more influence over the other players.
  23. I doubt it he is a real protestant who thinks supporting Scotland means you are a jacobite, and supporting Scotland also means a catholic king will come to the throne. Braindead from 1690.
  24. Agree totally, Murray park was meant to attract and bring on young players but if you do not have a scouting system to match it then it is an expensive luxury. I am glad we seem to be doing something about it.
  25. There's only one Wayne Roooooneeeeeey He played like a Balloneeeee he used to be a toffeeee but now he is just offeeeeeee :D :D
