    Deja Vue?

I hope he is baldy as he will spend a lot of time pulling his hair out over the next 3 years.

    Deja Vue?

I don't think i said Fergie was the only problem but he is the major problem imo. As for one player making a huge difference, that is very possible if he is the man pulling the strings. If you take the keystone out of a bridge it will fall down. If your midfield are not picking up their opposite numbers then it means the defence then has to make decisions on who to mark, meaning they come too late, which makes the defender look bad. Fergie does not pick up runners he stands and watches them hoping the defence will pick them up. That is nothing to do with his injury that is his mentality, he has always done it.

    Deja Vue?

Eck was given 4 years. Surely PLG deserves more than 4 weeks. Under Eck we could not put three passes together at least in some games we have played some good football.
  4. Time to dump Fergie when the January window opens and bring in Scott Brown and possibly Kevin Thomson with him.

    Deja Vue?

The manager needs to be given time and he will be. We have David Murray not Vladimir Romanov, thank god. The season is only a few weeks old and if you look back over the last few seasons the team that has started the season well has fallen away and lost the league. Although PLG had studied video's of all the players, actually working with them is a different kettle of fish. Our present run of form has coincided with Fergie's return and it has been well documented on here what i think of Fergie. I just do not rate him at all. PLG had to give him a chance i now hope he see's that Hemdani has to play or that we need someone else to be brought in when the window opens. For a good mid-mid we will have to pay good money,we have tried the cheap choices and it does not work you get what you pay for. Not having a good playmaker has cost us millions in the last few years imo, there is a Dutch saying that say's buying cheap can be expensive and that is totally appropriate for us. Although Fergie was not really cheap. Many players find it difficult to ajust to Scottish football and it is possible that PLG will also need time to ajust. He may have to change his way of thinking for the less technical but die at the sword football that is played in Scotland. To answer your Question i have no deja vue feeling as i have more faith in PLG than i ever had in Eck. He just needs time!

    Hibs Jinx

Hibs always seem to raise their game against us and it has really always been like that even going back to the Pat Stanton day's. The BBC team have been saying since the start of the season that Hibs play the best football in Scotland. They also played the Tims off the park for one half but unfotunatly fell away. They are young and therfore too unexperiened for the whole season. Being champions means getting points when you play bad and that is where they fall down.
  7. Unfortunatley i now believe you Cammy, it is now obvious that Murray has closed all pipelines so as he can get the best price. Yes we had 9 in a row and we are thankfull for that but it cost murray nothing but sent Rangers almost into Bankrupcy. If Murray had not have covered the debt we had, i truly believe, and i believe he believed, he would never be able to appear in the streets of Scotland again.
  8. I hope for Hearts that it is Bullshit i don't see them surviving if he walks out leaving debt for all the players that have come in. I am not a Hearts supporter but i would hate to see them go Bankrupt.
  9. I don't know what happened as the thread was locked. I just want to say i think of FJ and Del as forum friends and hope they can sort the problem on the PM board. Hopefully it is handbags at 2 yards. Come on guy's soort it out we don't want to loose any of you.
  10. Frigg'n 45.000 a week for you!
  11. The whole of the Moslim world is screaming *** and even death to the pope, i suppose it will be us that done it again!!!
  12. No problem Jon that is the difference between talking and typing, what you type is not always what you are trying to say or mean.(well you anyway;) )
  13. I don't think i said PLG was putting the game at risk,i think he felt that with Fergie Buffel and Sionko we would still be strong enough to beat Molde. I felt Buffel did okay but Sionko and Fergie just don't look up to playing in top class football at this moment. There are no small teams in Europe but we are paying these players 10.000-25.000 pound a week and Molde maybe 2.000 euro's a week surely that price should tell in class.
  14. Sionko at this moment is looking like a bigger flop than Emerson was. He just does not look the part. I think in this day and age you have to rest players as the game has become so athletic. I think we completely underrated this team and Le Guen was looking ahead to sunday and the game against the tims. In saying that he brought in Fergie, Buffel and Sionko surely you would not think that would have such a negative effect.
  15. I think Vladimir Murray picks the team.
  16. Welcome to the boards mate. Just one possitive--- The Keeper and we never lost a goal of course.
  17. Your kidding Cammy who in the media would report anything about Sceptic. The so called Rangers reporters stick to reporting about football while the other mob scan the net to see if a Rangers supporter was caught pissing in the street so he can have a scandle headline.
  18. I thought i read in a paper that Klos was only 2 weeks away from being fully fit again. It will be interesting to see what he does if letizi remains injured and Klos is fit. Will Klos play in the reserves?
  19. I think there will always be small incidents at football games everywhere. If FIFA are going to react to all of them, then they will be playing judge and jury more than running football. It is great to hear that the fans behaved well and the work Rangers and it's supporters are doing seems to be paying off.
  20. Really disappointing after all the build up of us being a super fit team who were taken to a country with high humidity to get us even fitter. I only heard Derry's walls, as you said not really appropriate but surly not bad enough to warrent a reaction . Although in saying that you never know with FIFA and the Scottish media. I really hope this guy Papac is a class act as i am starting to get the feeling Austria Vienna are laughing their heads off. There is only one word to cover Sionkos performance yesterday and that is atrociuos. He really does not look if he could pass water. I hope he has just temperarily lost a bit of confidence and will come back with a bang once he has settled more but he really needs to improve 100%. I really hoped to see a different style in Europe under Le Guen playing as Molde did and putting the other team under pressure. To be honest we looked no different as under Eck, willing to give the other teams players 4 or 5 yards to control the ball and pass it. It resulted in us chasing shadows for most of the game. We have the extra pressure that a 0-1 win is enough for them and on yesterdays performance maybe not all that impossible. Lets just hope it was a case of us underestemating them and we will soort it out at home.
  21. The thing is that most of the money comes from goverment and industrie. Both of these instituitions hate the injuries and loss of work days through injury from sport. Football\Sport does not stop people having heart attacks but is probably the biggest reason for people reporting sick. Therfore more money going to Art.
  22. QUOTE] How long do we need to keep saying this? He has had one good season in how many? Six or seven! Did Rdboer have anything to do with that? When Barry gets fit he will be a topper. Sorry mate i am tired of hearing it and to be honest i don't see it happening. He lets players walk away from him and has always done that. His contrabution going forward does not supplement his discrepencies in midfield and defence.
  23. He was simply Man of the Match for us. Can he be dropped on sunday?
  24. I will be a bit more possitive. I thought the keeper was exellent (mom). I also thought Buffel was just coming in to the game when he was taken off. Hemdani was reasonable but to be honest he doesn't seem to be able to blend with Fergie. Fergie was dire and could have sat next to me to be honest. He is ok if he has the ball but lets players walk away from him, almost evey time. That has been the problem with Fergie from day 1, and will always be the problem. I would punt him tomorrow if the window was open. Sionko:mad: The first person on the Gersnet to pick him in their team for the next 3 weeks will have there private message box full of spam, swear words and anything else i can think of. Boyd is absolutly useless outside the 18 yard box and at a certain time you have to ask, is he the player to take us forward. Personally, i think not, we need to have someone who can score and hold a ball up for others. That is not something you learn it is a natural talent and Boyd does not have that talent. I see no more in Boyd in the long term, as super-sub. I thought the defense done okay if you consider the midfield was AWOL most of the game to be honest. The rest played their part in a mediocre(to say the least) performance.
