To get back a bit on track about MP's not wanting to admit they are Rangers fans I think Rangers fans are far more conservative ( can I say that?) If you look at Airports or even just in the street then there are far more people wearing Celtic shirts. I don't believe for one moment that they are more passionate about their team but they seem to want to flaunt it more. I don't know if it is a safety thing but I would think twice about walking about Glasgow outwith match day in a Rangers top.

I would say it is a 20-20 split and 60% don't give a shit but if you want to believe that 90% of Rangers Supporters think like you then roll on in your belief. Just don't get disappointed when you find you are wrong.

I didn't know that thanks. As far as I can remember they add the TV Licence on to your tax bill in Holland, so everybody has to pay it and I have just learned I pay 18 euro's a month in Germany and I don't even watch F'n German TV. I have learned a lot tonight.

I am not sure if it was an EU decision but the Netherlands always had food at 6% and that has also now been brought up to the standard rate.

There is a whole lot wrong with the EU but I still believe it is better to change things from the inside. I also understand that British and Dutch Fishers were given a hard deal while Spanish factory ships empted the seas. Farmers (I will only go on Dutch) complain all the time but their houses keep getting bigger and bigger. As i said I am obviously pro-Europe but it does need to be renevated from top to bottom and I just find it a pity Britain will not be a part of that.

The EU does not govern how much tax I pay on my food or drink. The EU does not dictate how much tax is on my petrol. The EU does not dictate how much my rent will go up this year . I live in Germany and if I cross the border to Holland then drink is far dearer, petrol is far far dearer VAT is 21% in Holland and only 19% in Germany. That is the things that I go on not that my cucumbers have to have to be straight and have a condom on.
