As i haven't listened back yet i am not sure my exact words but I don't think Worrel was his only bad decision. I think he could have changed thing quicker at times. for me Katic was far better in the air. Worrel is 6ft 4in and jumps 5ft 10in. Worrels build up play was crap while he thought he was Beckenbauer.
